I am thrilled to have this opportunity to apply for the live-in nanny position for one 6 year old boy in Woollahra.

I have a skill set which would be an ideal fit for this role, including a nannying role for three primary school children which had a very similar job description to the current vacancy. I am a mature age nanny with a diverse range of life experiences, including raising two children (29 & 21y.o) of my own.

My previous nannying role involved collecting children from school and preschool, transporting them safely home, preparing afternoon snacks and the evening meal, supervision at afterschool activities and facilitating play activities /excursions.

I consistently give priority to the safety and happiness of the children whilst creating a fun and relaxed environment.

I am available to work 22.5 hours per week, as outlined in the job description with this being my only committment.  Plus, I can offer flexibility for additional hours throughout the week during school terms (if child is unwell) and school holidays, if required.  I can also make myself available evenings and weekends if needed.

My enthusiasm for engaging with children, fitness level and personable nature with excellent communication strategies represent transferrable skills which I can contribute to this live-in nannying role.
