Sept 08 – Nov 08 Childcare Assistant – Brisbane City Childcare Centre, Brisbane
Roles & Responsibilities: Caring for children ranging in age from newborn to 5 years where duties included feeding, changing nappies, settling for naps, stimulating play and activities, indoor and outdoor games and supervision. Reading, music, arts and crafts and assisting with the development of each child. Reason for Leaving: Moving back to Sydney.
Jan 07 – Aug 08 : Part-time Solecharge Nanny – Ryan Family, Mosman
Roles & Responsibilities: Caring for three children aged 9, 4 & 2 at commencement. Duties have included stimulating play and educational activities, daily outings, walks to the park, school drop-off and pick-up. After school activities, preparing snacks and meals, assisting with homework, supervising bath-time and general household duties. This placement was made through Abracadabra Childcare Services and the feedback has been excellent throughout the whole placement. Reason for Leaving: Carly moved from Sydney to Queensland
