My children were unsettled on their trial of 45 mins due to it being a new environment with unfamiliar faces. I was then advised they were not able to accomodate due to my son with additional needs needing one on one support to settle. Every child will have their unsettling moments and it’s up to the staff to make them feel safe, welcome and provide an enjoyable experience. No fair opportunity was provided for my children to prove how well behaved they can be. It was a waste of time and a very disappointing experience
