Sorella has been a wonderful centre for our family, our daughter thrived there from 7 months to just shy of her 3rd birthday when we relocated. Each time she moved up a class she was able to build strong relationships with her main educators who helped her to settle in with her peers and find her place in the new room. She always wanted to go to daycare and, although drop offs were emotional, she always had a great day with her friends. Sorella document the day on kidsoft well and always upload a lot of photos. The staff are attentive and record all incidents so there was rarely a scratch or bruise that was unaccounted for (and our girl is constantly in the wars!). Their play spaces are clean and inviting, and they have a lot of natural and Montessori style toys and equipment to spark imagination. The staff are always friendly and you'll be greeted by multiple people at drop off and pick up. My daughter had the most beautiful manners while attending this centre which demonstrated the respect that she was shown there (this became very noticeable after we moved and her mannerisms changed drastically at another centre which we have since left). 9 months after we moved, we were uncomfortable with the care our 6m baby was receiving at a different centre and Sorella was able to accommodate us short-term in the nursery while we tried to find a new centre closer to home. I am so grateful that they took my baby's health seriously so that I could go to work without worrying the entire day. The staff take a genuine interest in my baby's development and they always have handover notes at the end of the day. Their nursery is beautifully laid out so that the little ones can spend a lot of time outside in fresh air and interact with the bigger kids without any risk of direct sun exposure. I absolutely recommend Sorella and will miss so many of the lovely educators who made such a difference to my girls!
