We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly welcoming, caring, and professional. Our child, has settled in so well, and it’s been lovely to see how happy and comfortable he is each day. The educators are attentive, patient, and truly passionate about what they do, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. Communication has also been excellent, and we always feel informed and supported. We’re very grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend this daycare to other families!

Absolutely fantastic. Been attending for couple of weeks now the staff are so welcoming, and my child has thrived so amazingly. It’s always a pleasure walking in being greeted with such positivity every Wed, Thurs and Fri. My son was struggling to settle at the beginning but now he enjoys going there. They work hard and do what is best for the child. I would definitely recommend this to other parents

I can’t recommend this daycare enough! The team at scribbles and giggles leppington is absolutely amazing and genuinely cares about every child in their care. Their programs are engaging, well thought out, and truly support each child’s development. What stands out most is how they really listen—to both parents and children—and actually implement what’s needed to help each child thrive. It gives so much peace of mind knowing our voices are heard and valued. My boys absolutely love going to daycare, which says everything. Their “ready for school” program is top tier and has given my kids so much confidence. All the educators and management are incredible—we honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. We’re so grateful to have found such a supportive and caring environment! My boys absolutely love it there and love all their “teacher” ♥️

This centre truly deserves a shoutout. The team at Scribbles & Giggles Leppington have gone above and beyond for our children and our family. As a grandparent and the main carer of my grandson, I am always made to feel so welcomed, valued, and included. My grandson can be quite tricky at times, but the educators consistently implement thoughtful and effective strategies to support him, and I’ve seen such positive growth because of it. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about each child and their individual needs. The negative reviews you may see do not reflect the true quality, care, and dedication of this service. We are so grateful to be part of this community.

My experience with Scribbles and Giggles Childcare Centre has been very disappointing. While the centre has potential, there are ongoing concerns around consistency in care and communication with families. At times, it has felt like feedback and concerns are not taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner. Communication can be unclear, which makes it difficult to feel confident about what is happening day-to-day. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of consistency in staffing and routines, which can impact the overall environment for children. For a childcare setting, reliability and transparency are critical, and unfortunately this has not been mine and others experience. I hope the centre takes this feedback on board and makes improvements, as families rely on a safe, structured, and well-managed environment for their child.

My child was frequently injured; the kindergarten graded children based on their biting and scratching behavior, and I even worried about calls from the kindergarten every day. It was a terrible memory.

I personally had a great experience with the center with all 4 of my children finished and still attending the center caring and very helpful staff.
