Dear Prashant, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding our simulated outdoor area. We greatly value your feedback and your commitment to our childcare service. Thank you for also meeting with our National Operations Manager to further discuss your concerns and explore potential solutions that align with both your child's comfort and our pedagogical approach. It is this collaboration that ensures the best possible environment for your child's enrichment. We note that this is your only concern with our service, and you have otherwise expressed your satisfaction with all other aspects of our care environment. You also have made it clear that you child is very happy in our care and that you have no intention of withdrawing your child despite this 1 star review and have in fact requested a 5 day position for your child in 2024. We understand and share your concern for your child's comfort, especially during the hotter summer days. Our team continuously explores ways to ensure a comfortable environment while maximizing the benefits of outdoor play. The use of sprinkler systems and water play has been part of our efforts to provide relief from the heat while fostering engaging experiences. The garage door also remains open to provide sufficient air flow. Regarding the air conditioning system, we've assessed the current setup and its impact on the outdoor area. While additional air conditioning units may address immediate temperature concerns, we strive to maintain an environment that harnesses the advantages of both indoor and outdoor settings. Our simulated outdoor area not only allows unrestricted play during wet weather and other extreme conditions i.e. lightning but also promotes diverse learning experiences that aid in holistic development. We genuinely appreciate your understanding of our commitment to providing exceptional care. Your child's happiness and comfort are paramount to us, and we're dedicated to exploring further ways to enhance their experience.
