It is absolutely reassuring that when I have dropped my children off for their day, I know that they are well cared for, nurtured and most importantly supported just as I would throughout their day. They’re learning and interactive engages are throughly documented and so many of their successes and sweet moments are captured in their well written and professional daily stories. I love that I am able to see how their day went especially when I can’t be a part of it. The staff is wonderful and so supportive. Eds is my daughter’s educator. I’m in awe of how gentle she is with my daughter yet her approach to teaching is amazing and her directives have my daughter so eager to be engaged and be an active part of her day. For my son, he was very hesitant about being in kinder and we have found success since being with WhizKidz in that he is also engaged and has come out of his shell since being apart of the team. Miss Elna has also been a beautiful active educator who has helped support my children’s transitions. As a parent it was so important that I found educators that would be able to support and guide my children in ways that I have only known whizkidz staff to do. Soft, nurturing, encouraging, guiding, supportive, all with beautiful outcomes. Kathrine the manager, goes above and beyond for all. Nothing is in the “too hard basket”, endless solutions at a professional level.

The centre is always spotless, well-organised, and filled with engaging educational toys and activities that really encourage creativity and development. It’s clear the staff put so much thought and care into creating a nurturing, fun, and inspiring environment.

Cinta is absolutely wonderful, caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in Ella’s growth and happiness. All the educators are so warm and professional.
Katherine the manager is incredible. She’s very approachable, understanding, and always go above and beyond to support families. If I ever need anything, I just reach out and it’s handled straight away. They make my life so much easier with their constant communication and kindness.

We had visited a number of childcares, looking for one that would be the right fit for our child and where we could feel confident that our little one would be happy and well cared. From the very beginning, we’ve had such a positive experience. We actually popped in by chance, as we heard great things about other Whiz Kidz centres, and were impressed by how well everything was set up, safe, organised, and welcoming. After meeting the educators and management, it was easy for us to make our decision.
The educators are caring, professional, and incredibly supportive. Our little one settled in much faster than we expected and absolutely loves being here. I also want to thank the centre manager for her kind and professional approach, the communication and organization have been excellent.
This center has been amazing for our family, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good care and service!
