Book a live tour at this carefully curated childcare centre and embark on the journey for your child’s growth and development
We aim to give your child the best possible start to their school journey, which is why our Kindergarten programs are approved by the government and overseen by experienced early childhood teachers with bachelor qualifications!
In our Kindergarten program, your child will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and explore in a familiar and comfortable environment. They will be surrounded by their friends from Pre-Kindy and educators who have been with them since the beginning of their time at Eden.
For those who are new to Eden and starting Kindergarten, the well-established routines and the presence of children familiar with these routines will provide a supportive guide for your child throughout the day, making it easier for them to settle in quickly.

I have been working in the early childhood education and care industry for more than 20 years! Throughout my career, I’ve held roles as an assessor, manager, trainer, assistant center manager, lead educator, educational leader, and assistant educator.
At the core of my pedagogical views is the Reggio Emilia method of learning, which encourages experiences in a natural and child-centered setting, both inside and out.
I have a deep love for early childhood education and care because I think each child learns and grows differently. It can be tremendously inspiring to see the world through our children’s eyes, developing stronger bonds and a happier, more positive environment.

My son attended soon after they opened early 2024 but our experience was extremely poor, so we decided to unenrol him. At the time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was a new centre that just needed time to get everything together. Almost a year later, after having a meeting to discuss our concerns, we decided to give them another chance and re-enrolled our son. Unfortunately, it was the same issues all over again – very poorly managed, serious safety concerns, lack of precautions, and no genuine effort to prevent repeated incidents. My son had multiple injuries, mostly around his eyes, and each time I was told the same excuse: “he’s very active, he lost his balance and fell.” Putting the blame on a 2 year old with zero accountability and responsibility from their end. These incidents kept happening, which shows a clear lack of supervision and preventive action. I was getting a phone call almost daily. On top of this, communication from staff was poor, incident reports were inconsistent, and in some cases the explanations were not truthful. One day I got a call to report an incident that my son fell and another kid fell on top of him with his “mouth open”!!! When i picked him there was a clear teeth bite mark on my son’s forehead! There was no real accountability, and our concerns were never taken seriously. We have permanently withdrawn our son, and I feel it’s important to share this experience so other parents can make informed decisions. Read more

Our daughter started at Eden Delahey Academy when she was just 6 months old, and now at 18 months, she’s still thriving there. We’ve been so impressed by how caring and attentive the educators are, and how much they’ve supported her growth and development. From her first days as a baby, they made sure she felt safe and happy, and now she’s a confident and curious toddler who loves her time at the centre. The play spaces are wonderful, and the activities are always engaging and fun. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our little one is truly valued and nurtured! Read more

Please Read Before Enrolling Your Child. Our family had a deeply upsetting and painful experience at Eden Academy Delahey that we feel we must share—especially with other parents looking for safe, trustworthy childcare. On 21 May 2025, my 2.5-year-old nephew- in the Junior Kinder room for 4 months (Room Leader: Ivy)—came home with a shocking injury near his eye (photos attached). What hurts us the most is not just the injury itself, but the complete lack of responsibility, honesty, and empathy shown by the staff. No one called his mum. No message. Nothing. She only found out when she picked him up and saw him in that terrible condition—with no warning or explanation. When questioned, staff casually said he was “playing in the corner,” they “turned around and saw his eye like that,” and that “he didn’t cry so everything was normal.” How can anyone believe that? He is a small, vulnerable child. He cannot speak. But the pain was written all over his face. We understand that children fall and accidents can happen—that’s part of childhood. But what we expect, and what every parent deserves, is genuine care, proper supervision, and clear communication. At the very least, please inform us when something happens to our child. We just want to know: what really happened to him in your care? This wasn’t the first incident. He’s had over four serious accidents at this centre—including bleeding injuries like getting his fingers jammed in a sink. These repeated injuries tell us there’s a clear lack of safety and proper monitoring. We made the decision to withdraw him immediately. Since then, not one staff member followed up, showed concern, or asked how he was doing. It was like he was just another number. No care. No responsibility. We’ve now reported Eden Academy Delahey to the Department of Education for their lack of duty of care and unsafe practices. To be honest, I also question the 5-star reviews they have online. I don’t believe they all reflect real parent experiences, especially given what we’ve seen firsthand. One day, when I came to pick up my nephew, I saw another parent crying outside because her daughter had fallen and injured her nose—possibly broken. This is not just our family’s story. Others have suffered too. Please think twice before trusting this centre. We regret putting our trust in them, and we hope no other family has to go through what we did. Thankfully, my nephew’s eye was not permanently damaged—but it could have been. Our children deserve better. Read more
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly understand how distressing it can be when a child is injured, and we take all concerns raised by families seriously. Please know that our team followed all required procedures at the time of the incident, including notifying the child’s primary contact, and completing a follow-up that evening to ensure the child’s wellbeing. An incident report was completed and signed by the parent on site, and appropriate internal follow-ups were made, including a risk assessment. Regarding the sink incident mentioned, we can confirm that it was already approved for use in early learning environments as child safe. However, as an added precaution, we reviewed and updated the area to further minimise the risk of similar incidents in the future. The mother was notified of this incident in which her son received a minor cut. We are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for every child in our care. We’re sorry to hear that your family did not feel fully supported and appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to continue improving. If you would like to raise any further concerns or speak with our management team regarding this incident, please don’t hesitate to call. Loren Campell Operations Manager 0498 501 316

My daughter has been attending this childcare center for the past 4 months, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, the management team has been warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. They are always approachable and genuinely care about the well-being of each child. The educators are exceptional—nurturing, patient, and truly dedicated. My daughter has formed a strong bond with her teachers and is always excited to go to daycare. It’s been amazing to see her grow in confidence, social skills, and curiosity since she started. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully set up with engaging activities and learning materials. It’s clear that a lot of care and intention goes into creating a space where children can thrive. We’ve had such a positive experience and feel very lucky to have found this center. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring and high-quality childcare option. Read more

My son attended Eden Academy Delahey for 6 months, and I have now withdrawn him due to a very disappointing and unacceptable experience with the Junior room team. He came home with a bruise and blood in his eye, and when I asked the educators what happened, all of them said they didn’t know. Not a single educator or the manager even said sorry. Instead, they told me to ask my son — but he’s only 2 years old and cannot talk yet. This shows a serious lack of supervision, care, and responsibility. I’ve uploaded a photo of his injury to show the truth. This is not just about a bruise — it’s about responsibility, supervision, and accountability Please don’t send your child to this centre if you care about their safety. I trusted them, and they completely failed my son. Thank you for your response, but I must be honest—I feel deeply disappointed by how this situation has been handled. As a parent, I expected more than just a procedural response when my child was injured. A “child-safe” fixture should not lead to a deep cut that bled continuously. I also want to clarify that while an incident report was signed, I did not feel that the seriousness of the situation was acknowledged at the time. The follow-up felt like a formality, not genuine concern. No one has been able to clearly explain how this happened while my child was meant to be under supervision. Saying the area was “reviewed and updated” after the incident is appreciated, but this should not have happened in the first place. If this happened to your own child, would this response feel enough? Read more
