This place have been soo great! My daughter loved coming here, the educators really show passion and care towards to the kids.

My son Charbel has been coming to this centre when was 2.5years, he graduated this year and all i can say is amazing ! the staff have been so helpful along the way, he has built strong relationships with the children and educators.

I have been in search for a great childcare, this centre is amazing, the team are great and they really work with passion.

My daughter has been attending this child care centre since she was 11 months old, she is now 4 and thriving. We have progressed through each stage of her learning and development with the most positive experience. Their love and care for the children is second to none, wouldn't trust anyone else with my girl.

My kids absolutely adore this center! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, making sure my kids feel safe and loved. As a parent, it really puts my mind at ease knowing my kids are having a great time.

My 7-month-old grandson attended this centre for only TWO HOURS before we received a call informing us that a staff member had decided to cut his fingernails without permission. In doing so, she CUT his actual finger, leaving him bleeding. At no point did we give consent for any grooming or personal care of this kind, and there was absolutely no need for it. This raises serious concerns about the centre’s understanding of child protection, boundaries, and appropriate procedures. The explanation provided by the Director was entirely unacceptable and did nothing to address why this breach of duty occurred in the first place. To make matters worse, the centre contacted me—his emergency contact—instead of his parents. This only adds to my worry about the processes and judgment being used. My grandson came home with a cut finger on his first day, caused by a staff member, not another child. This experience has left us deeply concerned about what other actions staff may be taking without parental knowledge or consent. When we told the workers that this would be his last day, my daughter was sworn at- a total disgrace.

I love this center, very neat, and well run. The educators are very professional and care very well for the kids. My baby started attending at 3,5months and she is 8months now and loves it there. I also mostly appreciate the great communication and updates through the app. This centre is best place to leave your kids.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Brighter Beginnings ELC! The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. Our child always comes home with a smile and stories about what they learned and played. The centre is clean, safe, and well-organised — we feel confident knowing our child is in great hands. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a nurturing environment!
