If I could give no stars I would. This centre is disgusting, absolutely no sense of hygiene, kids are left neglected and barely any brains with management. My 4 year old son was picked up on multiple occasions in a horrible state, no shoes in site, a knee injury which he stated he fell off a slide and was unattended resulting in him limping out of the centre that day upon pick up. I was not informed that he had fallen. The worst part of all my son was sent home with poo stuck between his bum. I had to soak him in the bath to peel it off like it was glue. Which to me was a clear indication he was left like that all day. My son was only partially toilet trained at the time and needed help with wiping. This was clearly ignored. I took him to the doctors that day where he was examined and given a cream to help with the blisters and rash. As parents we only want the best for our kids and finding a trusting, clean, safe and reliable centre is hard these days. I will save you all the headache and advise you to please keep clear of Mini Mastersminds.

Beautiful centre, great outdoor play space and classrooms which are always set up with fun activities. The staff are lovely and always so engaged with the children. We especially love the extra curricular activities which are all included in the fee’s. Highly recommend!

recently visited this childcare centre for a tour because I was interested in enrolling my son. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While the centre itself has a beautiful outdoor area and some nice toys inside, the cleanliness was very poor. The environment looked dirty and not well maintained, which is very concerning for a place caring for young children. I also noticed there seemed to be more children and only one staff memeber. During lunchtime, I observed that the children were only given one simple meal and there did not seem to be enough supervision. Some children were crying and fighting while the educator did not properly monitor the situation and at times walked away. Another strange experience was that I was invited for a tour, but only about five minutes after the tour ended I received a phone call saying there was no spot available for my child. This felt very unprofessional. It is a shame because the centre itself has potential with its outdoor space and toys, but the cleanliness, supervision, and staffing levels did not feel safe or appropriate for children.

My two nephews (aged 3 and 5) have been going to Mini Masterminds in Liverpool for a few months now, and overall, it's been a pretty solid choice for our family. We picked it because it's close by on Northumberland Street and had some good word of mouth from other parents in the area. The place is modern and clean, with lots of space for the kids to run around there's this outdoor area with climbing stuff and trampolines that the boys can't get enough of. The educators seem genuinely invested; they've got programs like the Mini Chefs where the little ones get to mess around with simple cooking, which my older nephew talks about non-stop, saying he made "pizza faces" or something fun like that. The yoga sessions help with calming them down too, which is a bonus after a long day. They follow that Early Years framework thing, and I've noticed the 5 year-old picking up more on letters and numbers without it feeling forced. Communication's decent with their app for daily updates, though sometimes the photos take a bit to load. Fees were straightforward once we got through the enrollment, no major surprises there. It's not perfect occasionally pickup feels a tad rushed but the kids come home happy and tired out, which is what matters. If you're in Liverpool looking for childcare, it's worth checking out. I'd give it 5 stars

I am beyond words to explain how wonderful my experience here at Liverpool has been. My children are well looked after by such wonderful and kind educators who go through so much each day and yet always have a warm smile for my little ones. Thank you to the wonderful management team who provided me with so much guidance on how to navigate and understand payments and fees. You ladies go above and beyond for everyone. Your patience is comforting. Thank you beautiful people ❤️

One of the horrible child care ever. The management is very very unprofessional, they can play with your account and take any action they want without informing you. they always overcharge you whenever they want and without letting you know and once you ask, they promise to sort it out and before you know the same thing will repeat. This child care will frustrate you to the point of creating mental illness if you don’t take a reasonable action. I wouldn’t never ever ever ever ever encourage anyone to take their child to this place if you love yourself. My boy has been there for few months and the experience is terrible ever. I am moving him away soon.

This review is for Miss Ahlam. She is incredibly caring and loving towards my son. She always welcomes him warmly and keeps me informed about how his day went. Knowing my son is in her care gives me so much peace. We are truly grateful for her kindness and dedication.I’m also thankful to the rest of the daycare team for creating a safe and nurturing environment.

The teachers were very good to my son, but the school administration is not good. It's been over a month since we left and I haven't received my money back. A portion of it was debited incorrectly more than two months ago and should have been paid.

To all parents, I’m beyond frustrated with how this centre has handled my child’s enrolment and payments — and I feel the need to warn others so you don’t go through the same mess. I enrolled my son for just two days a week, and after three weeks, they added a third day without ever asking or informing me. They went ahead and started charging me and claiming CCS for a day I never agreed to — and this went on for four months! Then, I gave the required four weeks’ notice and withdrew my son, thinking that would be the end of it. But to my shock, they never cancelled the enrolment on their end and continued to charge me even after my child stopped attending. This is not just careless — it feels dishonest. I contacted the management and was told the issue would be fixed and I’d get a refund. That was five months ago. Since then, I’ve sent countless follow-up emails, made weekly calls, and every single time I get ignored, dismissed, or lied to. Nothing has been resolved, and I still haven’t seen a cent of the money they owe me. This experience has been exhausting and completely unacceptable. Parents, please be extremely careful dealing with this centre. Watch your invoices like a hawk, and don’t take anything at face value. I will keep pushing until they return the money that’s rightfully mine
