Transitioning our daughter into a new childcare centre was a significant step for our family, particularly after a difficult experience at a previous facility. However, Miss Annie, Miss Kiki, Miss Tiff, and the rest of the incredible team made the entire transition so much easier and smoother than we ever could have hoped for.<br>During those rough first few days, they went out of their way to provide frequent updates and took the genuine time to comfort and reassure our child. Even now, their communication remains wonderful; the daily app updates are incredibly thorough, ensuring we always know what she has achieved, what she has eaten, and her routine milestones.<br>As parents, it brings us absolute peace of mind knowing we have found a place where our daughter is truly cherished, nurtured, and supported every single day. We are so incredibly grateful to the team for providing such a loving and exceptional environment for her to grow.

As a grandma, there is nothing more reassuring than seeing your grandbaby happy, safe, supported and thriving in their environment.<br><br>Our beautiful grandbaby has only been attending the centre for a few weeks, and already we can see the positive impact it is having on her. At just seven months old, she is learning, exploring, developing new skills and, most importantly, she is happy!<br><br>What has really stood out to me is the genuine care, warmth and attentiveness of the educators - not only to my grandbaby but my daughter. We love Riverstone LB!! Annie and her educators are incredibly kind, caring, considerate and devoted to the children in their care. Our daughter has built such positive relationships with her peers and educators, and is thriving in the LB environment. We have seen her confidence, fine & gross motor skills, communication skills and creativity come leaps and bounds since being a part of the LB family. However he has settled so fast it’s beyond my wildest expectations. when I arrived he was happily playing with playdough he told me all about his day and when I told him it was time to leave he refused.<br>As we were leaving he told all the educators “ bye I’ll find you tomorrow okay ? As a first time mum to a little one who was so attached to me, there was definitely a sense of ‘mum guilt’ that I felt leaving my child in someone else’s care but that all changed so quickly and became the least of my worries. My 2 year old has continued to thrive in so many different aspects and we can see the growth she’s made in the short time she’s been there. She comes home happy and confident and that’s more than we could ask for. The educators are so nurturing and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care for each child. I appreciate the regular updates and photos shared throughout the day through the app. Being able to see what my little one is doing, who they’re playing with, and the activities they’re enjoying gives me so much reassurance. As first time parents my husband and I have been extremely impressed by the genuine care and attentiveness Learning Blocks Riverstone have given to my son. All educators are well experienced and equipped with the right resources to ensure that my son is safe and well taken care of.
