(02) 9072 0571Enjoy the freedom of nature and space for your child at Kindalin Glenhaven, where their creativity can run wild. Nestled within tranquil leafy surrounds, this child care centre is conveniently located just off the Old Northern Road.
The semi-rural centre is open from 7.00am until 6.30pm and the children love the expansive outdoor play areas. They’re full of trees, sandpits, a huge cubby house, ball games, wheelbarrows, and a natural rock formation that’s popular for water play.
With over 30 years of experience, Kindalin aims to provide every child with a stimulating and challenging environment in which to grow and learn. The provision of an open learning environment and exploratory creative programs enhance each child’s individuality and ability to develop to their full potential.
The Kindalin philosophy and curriculum are based on years of experience and up-to-date early childhood research which recognises the importance of children’s active, hands on involvement in their learning.
Parents at the centre share that they love the home-like feeling of the space, and that it feels like an extension of their own family. Care is available for children from 10 weeks up to 5 years.

Tommy loves attending Kindalin, in fact, it can be hard to get him to leave in the afternoon. This reassures me that we have chosen the best Early Learning Centre for our boys.

About the curriculum
About the curriculum
10 weeks - 2.5 years
Babies use their senses to begin to investigate their environment. As they get older, they start to show more interest in moving objects, colourful mobiles and gentle movement with an educator. Older babies become reliant on the familiar adults that care for them. They become more inquisitive about how the world works and will interact with other children or objects in their space.
2.5 - 3.5 years
This is the age where friendships really blossom and the children can learn social skills together as they play. They’re learning about taking turns, sharing toys, working together and building resilience.
3 - 4 years
The children in this room are keen to learn and discover, share their ideas, and of course play. They begin to explore different ways of presenting information to others, including writing, speech and artwork.
4 - 5 years
The inquisitive little learners in this room are learning to become more independent learners. They’re ready to tackle tasks on their own, and can understand simple instructions. Educators work to get them ready for the next steps in their education.

Every day we make meaningful and lasting contributions to the children in our care. The highlight of my job is waking each day, not knowing what lies ahead and what joy I will see on the children’s faces.

Not sure if I can put into words how impressed & grateful I am for Kindalin Glenhaven but I will sure try! The centre is so well run, Megan is truely the most passionate, kind & incredible director I’ve ever come cross. She has such a positive presence and is very hands on in the centre. The staff are so amazing, the culture here is so great and the staff are always HAPPY! Something hard to find in my experience. They are so accomodating & so committed to helping your children thrive. My only regret is not finding them and moving my children earlier. The systems & policies they have in place work so well, and the consistency is so powerful for my kids & us as parents. I have no doubt my babies are in the most supportive & nurtured environment every time I drop them off. The previous centre we were at every drop off was horrendous even after 3 years, staff needing to physically pull my son off me kicking & screaming. At Kindalin he happily runs in screaming “good morning!” And doesn’t even realise I’ve left. There’s a reason this is one of the most sought after centres in the area. Can’t recommend them to anyone enough. Thank you thank you thank you! Read more
