There are many childcare centres in the area BUT, Teddys Treasures Childcare Centre is the BEST in the area! The staff are caring, attentive and always quick to respond to any questions. I love the daily updates through the app with photos and what the kids are learning. The food is homemade, the environment is nurturing, and my boys have always been happy and supported here. As parents, it can be hard to place our trust in others, but I leave every day knowing my child is safe, supported, learning, and being genuinely cared for by the educators and staff. Read more

There aren’t good enough words to truly describe Teddy’s Little Treasures. I am beyond happy with this centre and their staff. They are all beautiful, caring, passionate and really go above and beyond day in, day out! The kids enjoy their time there so much especially because of the fact they spend a lot of time outdoors. The staff always do different activities with the children which is why they are always so engaged. When it comes to learning, the staff just keep outdoing themselves with all the different learning activities. The kids are learning so much without even realising it. I’m so impressed with how outside the box the learning activities are and how fun and interesting they are for the kids. The best part is the kids take it all in naturally because they are enjoying it. I have been there for over 2 years now and the staff all continue to show me how invaluable they are as educators. The difference they are making in each child’s life is just indescribable!! I wish I could do more to really make sure they all get commended and recognised for everything that they are doing. Especially for the fact they have always exceeded my expectations, even expectations I didn’t even know I had. For now, I will leave a note saying my child has flourished there and it will be sad leaving this amazing childcare come primary school time. Thank you so much! Read more

THE QUALITY HERE IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! I’m updating and confirming my review after a few years: 5 stars and beyond! From toddlers room to pre-school program, it is rare to find so much care, passion, safety and quality! BLESSED! ** We could not be happier of the care and service provided! The staff is experienced, loving and caring and we feel we can have open conversations with them; they offer a wide variety of activities including extra experiences with pets, parties and water games when possible, the centre is clean and our child is simply happy to go every day. Also we love they spend time a good amount of time outdoor which is healthy for the kids. Read more

They are not following the safety, hygiene and slandered childcare polices at all. My two kids both attend Teddys little tressure everything was going smoothly until few months ago my son who is 18 months old kept coming home with bites mark and bruises on his body. I have spoken many times to teachers about the situation with nothing being done. When then this got brough up to Cathy's attention the owner she said it's not true and terminated my kids enrollment without a notice. Which caused a lot of inconvenience to our family. Cathy choose to avoided finding solution to my son getting injured all the time instead she just choose to get ride of us because I brough to her attention how bad the childcare is with watching over kids. After that Cathy sent an email threating my family with lawyers and she wanted us to stay quite. This childcare has been reported as its not safe for any of the kids to be attending it. Read more
