Our child has been attending this daycare for over a year and overall we’re happy with it. The centre is clean and well looked after. There are always lots of arts and craft activities happening, with extra efforts made on parent gifts around events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day etc. The lead educators in the younger rooms we’ve had experience with are fantastic and really connect with the kids. They show genuine care and are invested in development. A real highlight for us is the chef, who is always so friendly and welcoming at drop-off, greeting both parents and children with such a positive attitude. Overall, it’s a good centre with a caring, creative environment and some lovely people.

We have been so happy with the care and support from the beautiful team at Play Patch since our son started there as almost a year ago. Now 18 months old, it's hard to believe how much he has grown in that time from not even crawling and spending lots of time being cuddled or held by one of the carers to now cruising around like a big boy. He is thriving with the love and support of the beautiful team (our village) at Play Patch. There is such a nice culture amongst the staff and you feel it when you walk in. We are always warmly greeted and our son welcomed by name by a number of staff members on our way through to his room. The chef, Jason, is lovely. He is just as much a part of the community and atmosphere of the centre as the carers, educators and leadership. His big smile and cheerful greeting from the open plan kitchen every drop off always makes our mornings brighter - and the delicious smells of fresh baked goods and lunch cooking is great too. Our son seems to have a special connection with many of the beautiful carers there (even many carers who don't primarily work in his room) so I'm always confident that I can hand him over to someone who knows him well. It warms my heart knowing our little one is so loved and cared for outside our home. Even on the days he struggles to separate (which only happen occasionally now), I know it's only moments before he is settled and happily enjoying his day. Sita, the centre director, is just wonderful too. She is always so calm, kind and easy to talk to and seems to empower or foster that environment for her team too. All in all, we are very happy and I hope that sharing our experience will allow other families to find their village too.

This is the first centre my 2-year-old daughter has attended. We enrolled her right when she turned two, and since then she has been going three times a week, joining the Toddlers’ room. One of the main reasons this centre caught my attention was its facilities: the classrooms are spacious, well-lit, and very well equipped for the children to spend their day comfortably. The outdoor area is also amazing, and each age group has its own dedicated space, which is fantastic. The entire team is very supportive, friendly, and always welcomes us with a smile. Communication is clear, and the settling-in period was handled very gently. If there is ever any situation involving our child, they contact us to check how we would like to proceed with the day. As we are very happy with the centre, I highly recommend it to anyone who asks.

Play Patch is the most amazing centre with the most beautiful staff and areas. Miss Zyna, Miss Julie and Miss Claire are the most caring educators. 10/10 recommend

My daughter has attended the toddler room and recently the pre-kindy room. The educators are all lovely caring people. They were very helpful through the toilet training phase. A relatively small centre which we have also liked.

Our 4yr old is really happy here. The educators are engaging and show genuine care for his well being and development. It has a nice vibe. As you walk through the front door, Chef Jason greats everyone with a warm smile and the kids love his cooking. The Director is always friendly and easy to chat with.

My children have been attending KidCademy ELC since 2020. We are extremely happy with the level of care, facilities and food at the centre. It’s like a big family. Highly recommend.

Both my daughters have attended Kidcademy since the start of 2020, with my eldest graduating in 2021. We moved our daughters to the centre after visiting many alternatives because of the lovely facilities and warmth and care shown by all the educators and the director Angela. My children loved, and my youngest continues to thrive, at the centre. The educators foster their development and genuinely love the children. My daughters are always excited to go, even my eldest still enjoys visiting when we collect Penny from kindy. The incursions and added bonuses like science, tennis and Spanish are exceptional and have made both our children love education and sport. I cannot recommend the centre enough and if you need somewhere to send your children where you will know that they have safe, happy and loved, this is the place to choose.

Our son been here for 18 months now. KidCademy has been very instrumental to his developmental milestones. The quality of care provided has been outstanding. Our son has and continues to learn so much – letters, numbers, drawing, painting, shapes, speaking, and many more. His vocabulary continues to improve extremely well, as are his social interactions skills, motor skills, and personality growth and development. KidCademy’s Reggio Emilia approach has enabled our son to do a lot of things by himself and is increasingly becoming self-driven. Whenever we drop him there, we are always relaxed at work knowing that he is in an environment he enjoys the most, is happy, and is under the best care. Our son’s educators led previously by Ms Zulaika in Toddlers and currently by Ms Steph are on top of their game, very caring, attentive, and professional. The educators here provide regular and insightful feedback which allows us to monitor our son’s progress in Realtime. Thank you, Ms. Steph, Ms Zulaika and the whole team at the kidcademy. The centre is culturally diverse both in terms of curriculum and staff, which has greatly increased the kids learning experience. We have had amazing experience with the centre director, Angela, who is very approachable, listens, and values our views and suggestions. We would definitely recommend KidCademy.
