I’ve been so impressed with the care and attention my child receives at this centre. The staff are patient, understanding, and truly attentive, which made the transition so much smoother and gave us peace of mind as a family. The atmosphere is welcoming and comforting — it feels like a safe, nurturing home where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and feel supported every day. We looked at other centres before deciding, but none felt as warm or genuine as this one. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a caring team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to any family looking for a supportive, friendly, and trustworthy environment for their child.

I can’t thank the team enough for all the care and support they provide. It’s such a warm and welcoming place where you can truly feel that everyone cares about the children. My son went through an adjustment period and received so much patience, understanding, attention and genuine care from the staff. It made a huge difference for our family. The environment feels so comforting — like a grandma’s home — a place where you feel safe, relaxed and well looked after. I visited other centres before, but I didn’t feel as welcomed as I did here. It was definitely the best choice for us. Highly recommend!

We’ve had an emotional journey with childcare, especially during a challenging adjustment period for our 1 year baby. The Dumbribbi educators have been incredibly patient, supportive, and genuinely caring every step of the way. They’ve gone above and beyond to make her feel safe and secure—to the point where she became quite clingy with them, which really showed us how protected and comforted she feels, even while still adjusting. The team also offered helpful advice to make the transition easier, which we truly appreciated. It’s clear they care about each child as an individual and do their best to support every need. We’re very grateful for their care and dedication.

My daughter Nitya joined Chermside Kindy about a month ago, and we’ve had a really lovely experience so far. The enrolment process was smooth and easy, thank you Sabina for all your help and guidance. The centre is spacious with great rooms and activities. A big thank you to the educators Sunny, Ava, and Suey for taking such good care of the children..,I really appreciate the daily updates that clearly explain how my daughter spent her day. Nitya is quite shy and takes time to settle, but the team has been very patient and supportive. Within a few weeks she’s already more comfortable and happy to go to kindy. I am more confident now that her interest and involvement will continue to grow with time. I also really appreciate the healthy meals and snacks and the daily update, which are clear and reassuring. Thank you so much to the entire team for your care, support, and dedication, it truly means a lot to us 😊

What a wonderful and accommodating centre! A lovely transition into a new centre in a new location when we had to move. I highly recommend the centre if your looking for a supportive, welcoming and activity fun based centre for your child. The rooms are inviting, outside area exciting and the staff are caring and helpful. You won't be disappointed.

This childcare centre is great! Ivan started attending this childcare when he was two years old. At the beginning he was very shy as a child raising from a non-English speaking family, but with massive helps from the very nice and friendly staffs he overcame the difficulties and enjoyed playing with others in the centre. He got a very smooth transition from childcare to prep and now in grade 1. Then from last November, his younger brother Henry has started attending this childcare. He likes his teachers very much. Though he still cannot talk, he will utter the teachers' name "Suey" and "Eva" all days at home especially when he needs helps (e.g. to drink, to eat, to read picture books, or to change nappy after a poo, etc.). We are grateful to have such a nice team and lovely environments for our boys!

I absolutely love Chermside Early Education Centre! The team is so nurturing, and my son is genuinely excited to go every single day. The meals are always healthy, exciting, and different – not just the same thing each week. The educators truly care, and they’ve helped my child not only reach his milestones but develop well beyond them. What stands out the most is how caring, friendly, and non-judgmental everyone is. They embrace each child. I’ve been so impressed by the level of understanding and the exceptional care the whole team provides, from the front staff, the centre leadership and whole entire team. As a young mum, I feel so supported, valued, and understood here. They really go above and beyond for both children and parents, with new activities each week and a genuine dedication to helping kids thrive. I couldn’t be happier with the care and love my son receives – I highly recommend this centre to any parent as a first time mum they make me feel so supported and well at ease

Best decision ever to send our child to Chermside EEC. We moved here from interstate and for the first few months we sent him to another centre where he regressed and cried daily. But within a day at Chermside, he was back to being toilet trained, better behaved and happier. Like seriously, the first day he only had ONE wet pants instead of FOUR. It was an immediate positive swing. I am picking up a happy boy, not crying or fighting. He is engaged throughout the day with activities and play which is perfect for his development. I cannot thank everyone here enough for making us feel welcome and comfortable!
