We have had our daughter here since she was 12 months old. Miss Ayla especially takes the time to keep us updated throughout the day, listens to our concerns and genuinely loves children and it shows! Our girl has thrived at Happy Tots/Story House and we take huge comfort in seeing how happy she is on drop off in the care on the Educators. Chef Grant prepares well balanced and thoughtful meals. It’s a weight off our shoulders knowing our girl is getting her nutritional needs met too. Thank you to all the staff for looking after our girl.

5 Stars Across The Board! We are so happy that we found the team at Happy Tots! When we moved our kids there, we were in a tough spot, desperately trying to find a new daycare for them. Kylie and the team made every effort to accommodate our two kids (one in pre-kindy and the other in nursery) and managed to get them started the very next week. Our daughter had attended three other local daycares before, and I can confidently say this is by far the best experience we've had! The leadership team at Happy Tots is exceptional. They are always quick to respond and take action on anything that arises. I've developed great relationships with my kids' teachers, other parents, and the children in their classes, which has made our experience even more rewarding. Kylie and Leeanne truly stand out as the best leadership team we've encountered at any daycare. From the amazing teachers to the friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and even Chef Grant's delicious meals, everything about Happy Tots is top-notch. I recommend this centre to anyone who asks—this daycare deserves 5 stars across the board! Thank you to everyone at Happy Tots for making our family feel so welcome and supported!

Showed such a lack of care for my son on his first day here transitioning from another daycare - I saw an educator with her back to him, completely oblivious as he was crying for her attention while 2 older boys were screaming in his face. This was horrifying to watch and when I brought this to their attention they honestly couldn’t have cared less. The place was filthy when I was there - dirty tissues left out I’m assuming overnight, nappies in the change area that hadn’t been thrown out, old water bottles left overnight which my son was trying to drink out of, looked like the floors hadn’t been swept or vacuumed for days. When we called to let them know that we had had a bad experience, again showed they did not care, no questions or concerns were asked - just let us pull him out without trying to see what had happened or if they could improve. I would never send my child here and I would be asking a lot of questions if I were a parent sending my child here.

I have had the privilege of spending 10+ hours here during my son's adjustment phase and to see for myself how truly remarkable it is. Every one of the thousands of interactions I witnessed between the staff and children were positive, with the staff being kind and caring, and the children being joyful and playful. The staff have boundless energy and patience and seem to genuinely enjoy their work (which, frankly, looks utterly exhausting -so huge props to them!) I have seen many childcare centres in my search for the right place for my son and this is absolutely the one that I trust.

We are so happy to send our little one to Happy Tots Hamilton. He is in the nursery and the staff are so lovely, welcoming and accommodating. They are so considerate of the babies feed, sleep and play needs. We are so impressed with all the fun and educational activities they do, things we would never think to do at home. It’s been so great watching our boy grow and learn in such a great environment!

I am so happy I found Happy Tots on Hamilton. I visited lots of centres before we made a decision on which daycare centre to choose but Happy Tots was by far the best, there was no comparison. I instantly felt confident after meeting the centre manager and even more confident after meeting & watching the lead educator of the toddlers room, Miss Kerry, in her element and working her magic The children all love her - she is very experienced and manages all aspects of the day & manages all activities exceptionally well. She is.very adaptable, always on the ball, follows the children’s lead and goes above and beyond to make every day fun for the children. Happy Tots also use the Storypark app where Miss Kerry and the other educators capture the fun of the day beautifully and post the photos for the parents to see. This is always accompanied by a wonderful story about the adventures the children had. It’s so lovely knowing your little one is not just in good hands but they are being cared for by educators who genuinely love what they do. If you are looking for a daycare centre for your little one then I would 100% recommend checking out Happy Tots on Hamilton, they are hands down the leaders in the industry.

We have been at Happy Tots for almost one year now and we love how the staff are all so warm and welcoming everyday. They really make it a great environment for the kids.

My daughter started in the Toddler room this year and has just transitioned up to Junior. The staff have made her initial welcome and recent transition so easy. She just loves her days at Happy Tots Hamilton and I always feel safe and secure when I drop her off knowing she is going to learn new skills, have fun and meet new friends.

I am so glad I chose Happy Tots on Hamilton Hamilton to look after my babies while I work. They are so caring and professional and really care about the children in their care. My daughter has some separation anxiety when she knows I won't be there all day with her but they work really hard to make sure she has fun and feels safe until I pick her up. I also love the rooms and the outdoor play areas, they are not gaudy or over the top, they are just lovely and well maintained.
