They lack in information for daily journals for parents to see what their children have been doing throughout the day, only given one sentence worth of information is not enough also my children went there for only 2 days, I understand COVID has changed the way things operate, dropping your children at the front door and leaving on their first day is not welcoming, not being able to settle your child into their room is not welcoming, staff seem nice but lack the ability to inform parents and make them feel welcome. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Until they up their training and ability to use seesaw or owna, it’s not difficult to do your jobs properly. Not worth your money if they are doing what that are meant to.

This centre should be forced to cease operation. The way the staff gossip openly about other parents is atrocious. Especially after such a terrible incident last year you would think that the staff and owner should know better. If your going to talk, maybe don't do it in a public space wearing your uniforms

Severely burnt child, did not administer first aid immediately.

Educators aren't active or properly trained in first aid. Director and owner verbally abuse mothers to cover their own misconducts. Director and 2ic talk about families to others in their children's schools. Anyone placing their child in this facility is putting their child and themselves at massive physical, mental and emotional risk of abuse.

I wonder if you’d still have a 5 start rating if people knew you were fined $25,000 for a child being burnt with hot tea
