This is the most gorgeous centre - we moved to the area 18 months ago and changed from a centre in the inner west with our 3 and 1 year old. The difference was incredible! The carers are so kind and committed to our children, who adore them. Everyone is happy and there is a beautiful culture. The facility is also stunning with a brand new outdoor area which was our main draw card initially. Can not recommend this centre enough!

My child is one of the Wombat room kids. HHH provides lovely tree canopy environment and diverse activities. Definitely recommend

My daughter was enrolled at Heritage House Hornsby in October 2022. It turned out to be a good decision for her. She has been establishing good friendship and making huge progress along the journey in many aspects including language, physical and cognitive development, social skills, independence, etc. Now she’s fully ready for school. What I love most about HHH is the friendly, nurturing and creative environment; dedicated, patient and caring educators；timely and efficient communications with the Enrolment Team, the Centre Supervisor Vanessa, Toddler and Preschool Room Educators; the wide variety of educational programs and activities designed and delivered; the nutritional and delicious menus, and so on. We are so grateful to all the teachers and staff at HHH. It has been a pleasant, rewarding and memorable experience for my little one. Thank you very much! I have no hesitation in recommending HHH to my friends.

Heritage House Hornsby was the best decision for my child daycare. He has progressed remarkably, going from not talking to speaking clearly and is now fully prepared for kindergarten. I am truly grateful to all the educators for their support and dedication.

Our journey with Heritage House Hornsby has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding team of educators who have formed an incredible bond with my child. From the very beginning, Vanessa, the Director, has been a pillar of support, always ready to assist with any aspect of our experience, whether it's related to food preferences, daily routines, or necessary adjustments. The patience and dedication shown by Mona, Kiran, Ezra, Smarika, Senneca, and Taylah are truly commendable. They have created an environment where every child, including mine, feels valued and supported, especially during those moments when settling in takes a little longer. I've witnessed firsthand the personalized approach taken by the educators, tailoring activities to suit each child's interests and needs, ensuring that everyone is engaged and fulfilled. A special mention goes to Lida, whose delicious culinary creations have not only satisfied my child's taste buds but have also played a significant role in shaping their eating habits. Lida's warm welcome and readiness to accommodate any requests have made our experiences at Heritage House Hornsby truly delightful. I'm deeply grateful to the entire team at HHH for providing a nurturing and transparent environment that feels like a second home for the children in their care. Their commitment to maintaining open communication with parents, keeping us informed about every aspect of our child's day, is truly remarkable. It's evident that they go above and beyond to ensure that every child's experience is enriching, memorable, and filled with love and care.

I am not satisfied with this childcare and do not recommend it at all. Because the childcare environment is not clean and they accept sick children which spread illness between kids. My daughters always got sick. In addition, my kids' belongings have been lost several times, and, of course, many times, other kids' belongings were in my daughters' backpacks. Overall, the management of heritage Hornsby is very poor.
