I am writing to express my profound concern regarding the impact of your childcare services on my family. It has been nearly a year since my children have been at your service, and I am deeply distressed by the circumstances that have led to their absence from my care and custody and have been fight legal battles to fight the false abuse allegations. I recently settled an outstanding balance of $400 in full before this all occurred. When my son was two years old and my newborn was three weeks old, my son experienced a fall down a few stairs in p Our home resulting in light bruising. I forgotten mention this incident when dropping them off due well a new born baby. Upon my arrival to retrieve my son, I was required to complete an incident report. Subsequently, when I requested a copy of this report, I was informed that no record of it existed, which I found unusual given the standard practice of retaining such documentation for several years. The following day, Child Protective Services removed my children, a situation I attribute to the actions of three educators which are named in the report, including Hope. Furthermore, prior to these events, my son had sustained several severe bites from another child on three to four separate occasions. Despite these incidents being documented in incident reports, no further action was taken. I had intended to formally report these deficiencies. Subsequently, they reported me to child protective services before I was able to do so. It has also come to my attention that a significant number of educators have their own children or family members' children enrolled in the facility. This situation appears to create a conflict of interest that may compromise the quality of care provided to other children within the service, I have previously observed this situation. A staff member in the infant care room has consistently adjusted her schedule to align with her children's placements, being baby room and the toddler 2 room at the end of the hallway thereby enabling her to be present in the same rooms and prioritize their needs more than other children in the facility.

My 3 year old daughter has been attending Cherubs Academy since the beginning of the year and there has been an immediate positive shift in her behaviour specifically when I pick her up. She’s no longer relieved to see me as she was at her previous childcare instead she’s excited to tell me about her day. The staff are welcoming, friendly and keep my mind at ease with such great communication. My oldest anlso attends after school care there which definitely takes a load off. Recommend to anyone in the area!

We moved to Cherubs from another smaller independent center and the change in my daughter was evident from day 1 at Cherubs. When I pick her up she is bright, excited, full of stories and adventures, but most importantly she is entirely herself. She feels safe here and it makes every day better for her. They do great activities and have programs that she loves and tells everyone about at home. The feel of the spaces is open and fresh. It feels like a small center, both in atmosphere and in the personal attention from the staff, despite being a much larger center than we are used to. The staff, both educators and admin, have all been so caring and child focused. It's clear that the staff are happy and have time and space to plan and debrief with each other. Staff from other rooms even greet my daughter by name as we walk through the center which is so lovely for her to feel safe and included. Thank you Cherubs ❤️
