My son has Global Developmental Delay and since starting here, he has truly thrived in every way possible. The environment is so loving and safe. The educators and management team are so patient, inclusive, and kind. I am so grateful for such a loving and supportive environment, I couldn’t recommend Futuro highly enough.

There are not enough words to describe Futuro. It has my utmost respect. You are greeted with a smile, and you leave with a smile. My child was placed in a different childcare at the beginning of last year for 6 months, until I found Futuro Austral. My son used to come home dirty and sick every week, but now at this beautiful childcare, he comes home happy, clean, and well-fed. Either his dad or I drop him off at childcare—there's no more crying. He actually lets go of our hand and runs off to Ms Abby. Ms Abby is always there because we do the 7:30 am drop-off, before the rest of the educators arrive. He had wonderful educators last year, and this year is no different. Mrs Shannon and Mrs Tori are two of the educators my child cannot stop speaking about—and of course, Ms Armani, too. They make my child feel safe and happy, and I cannot thank them enough. Knowing that my son is safe, happy, and well-fed while I am at work is a dream come true. I have truly chosen a wonderful childcare. Thank you to the team at Futuro.

We had a very distressing experience with a childcare provider. We were advised that placements were available and were invited to attend tours, which we did. During these visits, we were clearly informed that places were available and that we could proceed with enrolment. We confirmed our interest as instructed; however, no enrolment paperwork was sent to us. This same situation occurred across multiple locations we visited. Being repeatedly told that placements were available, only to be informed otherwise after following all required steps, was extremely misleading and a complete waste of our time. There are many childcare centres that communicate honestly and respectfully regarding placement availability. When they advise that a placement is available, it is truthful. Families are not misled or made to waste their time. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we had.

We are very happy with futuro. The educators are caring, patient, and my daughter always feels safe and supported. The management team is friendly, organised, and everything runs very well. Since attending futuro, my daughter has grown so much in her learning and confidence. She enjoys going each day and feels comfortable with her educators. I truly appreciate everything the team does and would highly recommend futuro to other families.

Horrible staff and management worst experience disgusting service wouldn’t recommend they act all nice but really there horrible would not recommend I attended an open day for leppington the staff was meant to give me enrolment form and they never did and then Leanne lied saying that I was in a rush to leave. When I never was. I was never presented with an enrolment form and the way that the operational manager has handled this issue was disgusting.

Futuro Austral is the best childcare centre . The educators are incredibly welcoming , nurturing and attentive. The environment is safe, clean and full of engaging activities that support learning and development. Communications with parents is excellent and we always feel informed and involved. Our child has blossomed socially and emotionally since starting here, and we couldn’t be happier . Highly recommend to any parent looking for supportive and enriching experience! Really happy with the centre. My daughter loves her educators and I feel at ease when I drop her off. A very different experience to a previous centre she attended.
