We couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives at Goodstart blackburn north. Soheila and Amber (nursery 1) in particular have been such a blessing in our son’s life. They bring empathy, patience, and understanding that shines through in everything they do. You can tell how much they genuinely care—not only about the well-being of the children but also about helping them learn, grow, and feel secure every single day. It gives us such peace of mind to know that our son is in the hands of people who love what they do. We are extremely happy with the learnings, care, support that our daughter is receiving at Goodstart Early Learning Blackburn North. The Educators are wonderful and the support staff are amazing. The facility including inside learning rooms and outdoor play area is clean. The team is well knit unit and the staff are upbeat and have a real passion for their jobs. We are so happy to see the number of activities designed by the educators to enhance learning and support the curriculum. We've had such a positive experience at Goodstart Blackburn, right from our first tour, to enrolment with the supportive admin team and through our first weeks and now months. Finding a childcare centre that has it all is increasingly difficult in the Box Hill and Blackburn area, and we have been so lucky to find this gem. From the beginning we have been supported in every possible way through the orientation progress, discussing our concerns and ensuring our children were welcomed in the best possible way. Our children are so happy at this centre, and you can really see the care and dedication from the educators and staff. This has made the transition to Goodstart smooth and enjoyable. We are very glad that we made this decision and look forward to all that Goodstart has to offer through this journey.
