I genuinely cannot thank the team at Nido Blackburn enough for everything they have done for my daughter and me. From the beginning, they have been nothing but incredibly kind, understanding, supportive and welcoming.<br><br>As a young mum, trusting other people to care for your child can be such a big and emotional thing, but the educators at Nido have made me feel so comfortable and reassured. Seeing how happy, settled and loved my daughter is when she’s there means more to me than I can explain. I never have to question whether she is being cared for because I can see how genuine the love and effort from the educators is.<br><br>They don’t just support the children either — they support the parents too. During times when life has been stressful or difficult, they have always treated me with kindness, patience and understanding rather than judgement. That support has genuinely made such a difference for me.<br><br>The communication is amazing, the educators are beautiful, caring people, and you can tell they truly put their hearts into what they do. It feels like so much more than just a childcare centre.<br><br>I’m beyond grateful that my daughter has such a safe, nurturing and supportive environment to grow, learn and be herself in. Thank you to everyone at Nido Blackburn for loving and caring for my little girl and for always making us feel supported and welcome. I’m so thankful for Supna and Jordyn in the Quokka room and for how they’ve supported my son as he has adjusted to childcare.<br><br>My son has always been very attached to me, so I was genuinely worried about how he would cope with the transition. Childcare actually wasn’t my first choice, as I had originally hoped to have someone care for him at home. When that fell through, I was devastated and became very particular about finding somewhere I felt comfortable leaving him.<br><br>I visited several childcare centres before choosing this one, and what stood out immediately was how warm and lovely the staff were. Carmel was also incredibly reassuring throughout the process. She let me tour the centre twice before making a decision, was always communicative, and never made me feel like my hesitations or questions were a problem.<br><br>Supna and Jordyn have been incredible with my son. They cuddle and comfort him and give him so much warmth and affection, particularly when he is having a hard day. They’ve also communicated with me regularly throughout the transition, which has made such a difference.<br><br>I’m now really happy with our choice and feel so much more at peace leaving him there. Thank you, Carmel, Supna and Jordyn for making what I expected to be a very difficult transition so much easier for our family. ❤️

Nido Blackburn is a wonderful childcare and kinder service. We always felt so welcome and supported. Our child has thrived in this learning environment from age 10 months to five years old. Thank you Nido and all the beautiful early learning team

We have attended many childcare centres across Melbourne over the last 13 years! And Nido Blackburn is by far the best we've ever been at. Quality educators who are kind, thoughtful and supportive. Quality equipment and service, well thought out facilities and programs. Highly recommend.

We have had such a wonderful experience at NIDO Blackburn with two of our children. Caring, attentive and patient staff. A wonderful chef creating tasty and varied food for the children. Couldn’t recommend them more.

We have been attending Nido in Blackburn since it opened in 2021. Nido has been wonderful for our family. It is well managed by their exceptional staff and the care is the best we've seen. The rooms, facilities, food and care is of a very high standard compared with other centres we have experience in the area. Nido's location in central Blackburn by the station is great, easy to access and convenient to cafes and public transport. I could not recommend any other childcare.

I can't speak highly enough of Nido Blackburn and their staff. The team are incredibly versatile with educators to support all personalities, and from drop off to pick up, the care and attention for all children is there to see. Nido Blackburn (much to the delight of my wife) also has a strong focus on good nutrition and ensure a healthy menu, full of fresh produce, all year round. Nido are a little family, they know everyone's names but most importantly, they provide a fun, safe and creative learning space for all kids, hence why we travel 25 minutes to leave our boys in the care of the Nido Blackburn team.
