Pelican Childcare Fairways, I am deeply grateful for the care and support you have provided my children during their early years of learning. I cannot express my gratitude for everything that my children and I have experienced at Pelican Fairways. Starting it off with the most amazing centre manager, Mrs.Carol, thank you for being so understanding, supportive and constant with your management. Kinder teacher, Virdah, thank you for your hard work and commitment in ensuring that children are more than ready to commence their foundation years of schooling. Ljubica, thank you for being so energetic, enthusiastic, caring, supportive, nurturing and a genuine educator, (speechless to describe this educator). Vasa, thank you for being so gentle, kind and supportive to the children’s early years of learning. Simran, Renuka, Kisa, Taylor, and Angela, thank you for being so kind, caring and loving to my children and to all the children at the centre.You guys are incredible, your hard work and commitment will forever be appreciated. Moving suburbs didn’t stop me from utilising the centre’s service as seeing the smile on my children’s faces during drop offs and seeing them run and hug their educators indicated that they are loved and cared for enormously. It is hard to put in words how grateful we are for the care, guidance and dedication this centre has shown to our children over the past TEN years. I feel grateful for the service and the impact the centre has had on my children’s wellbeing and education. This was witnessed when my child received an excellent initial school report from his primary school. This report is also a reflection of the quality service and a personalised education that the children receive while they attend this centre. For first-time parents who desire for their child/ren to build confidence, learn and grow in a positive, nurturing and a healthy environment then without a single doubt you should look no further than Pelican Fairways. Hi, I am very disappointed with the team and the atmosphere they provided throughout the year. My nephew was going to this centre, and we, as family members, asked them about his educational progress. They provide a rough copy of some activities without considering his learning strengths and did not include dates on any single page. This is not the portfolio, this is absolute rubbish. He started crying and said that this its not even his artwork that they attached. They waste our child's best moments of learning and skills that he would achieve during his basic foundation studies. Virdah, Lubica and Carol, you guys did an excellent job of ruining a child's first memory.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care Pelican Fairways has provided our son during his very first childcare experience. From day one, the team made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident that our son was in the best hands. Over the six months our son attended, he formed such strong and meaningful bonds with the educators, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they create. Every educator we encountered was genuinely caring, attentive, and invested in the wellbeing of the children. A special mention must go to Renuka, who our son developed a particularly beautiful relationship with. Her passion for what she does truly shines through. She has a genuine warmth and care for every child, and it was clear how much she prioritised our son’s happiness, safety, and development. She even had a parting gift for our son on his last day, which really shows that they're not just educators but really a second family. As first-time parents navigating childcare, we naturally had lots of phone calls and questions early on. The educators were always patient, reassuring, and more than happy to take the time to update us, which gave us enormous peace of mind knowing our son was safe and well looked after. One thing that really stood out to us was the excellent staff retention. Throughout our entire time at Pelican Fairways, we didn’t see any educators leave. That consistency says a lot about the positive culture and supportive environment they’ve built, and it made such a difference for our son in feeling secure and settled. If you’re a parent looking for a local childcare that truly cares, nurtures strong relationships, and puts children’s wellbeing first, Pelican Fairways is without a doubt the best choice you can make for your child. If we didn't have to move suburbs, I'm sure our son would have stayed here until he's ready for primary school. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful childcare, filled with love and light. The staff are amazing and kind, I felt super comfortable with how nurturing the educators were with my daughter as we explored the centre on orientation day, since then her transition into this particular childcare has been so easy and surprisingly fun. Both my daughter & I have only become more secure with how we feel at pelican fairways. For a mum who’s started work so suddenly after 3 years of being a sahm it’s been nothing but a smooth process. My daughter has already made friends within the first day she’s started and loves her educators so much she constantly asks when she’ll see them again at the end of the day. She’s learnt how to communicate, socialise, and more. I’m updated through writing, pictures and videos every time she eats, sleeps, goes for toilet breaks, how she’s doing, what she’s doing etc. it almost feels like I’m with her while I’m at work. I love that I’m given constant reminders of what my daughter will be upto for the week. I’m happy with my decision of trusting my daughter be in the care of pelican fairways. I prefer this centre than the one that’s right next door to my house. Love love love.
