We’ve had a truly wonderful experience at Goodstart Roxburgh Park! My son absolutely loved his time there — every day was filled with fun, learning, and genuine care. The center is clearly built around the needs and happiness of children, creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. A heartfelt thank you to his amazing educators Rana and Damanta — he still talks about them and really misses both his teachers and his little friends. We’re especially grateful to Director Sabina, Educational Leader Dolly, and Amanda from Admin for their ongoing support, kindness, and dedication. It’s clear that every member of the team plays a part in making this place so special. As a parent, it meant everything to know that my child was in such loving and capable hands. My daughter has been going to this centre since May last year. They're a really good centre. The staff are amazing and kind... My daughter has been going to this centre since May last year. They're a really good centre. The staff are amazing and kind people that put in the effort with the kids. One of the biggest issues I had with her old centre (it wasn't Good Start) was that they would hold back info about bugs like gastro that were in the rooms. This centre is very vigilant with bugs and will tell the parents as soon as something is confirmed or even that it could potentially be something. Read more

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this center. Both of my children attended from as young as 18 months, with my... I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this center. Both of my children attended from as young as 18 months, with my son building relationships with the educators and attending four days a week until he was four years old. Unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. The educators consistently focused on negative feedback at pick-up, rarely, if ever, acknowledging my child’s accomplishments, no matter how small. My child frequently got hurt at the center, yet the staff seemed more concerned when he had minor injuries from home than when he was hurt at the center itself. Another issue was the lack of diversity in communication styles among staff, which had an impact on my child. With the majority of educators sharing a particular accent, he started to adopt it in his own speech. While we respect diversity, this wasn’t the type of influence we anticipated without varied approaches in language exposure and teaching styles. To make matters worse, the staff made an unfounded report to child protection before even consulting us. This lack of communication and hasty action created unnecessary stress for our family and felt completely uncalled for. The only bright spots were Amanda, the receptionist, and Senem, the kinder teacher, who genuinely cared for the children. However, given our overall experience, I would not recommend this center. Save yourself the stress and find a more supportive environment for your child. Read more

My daughter has attended this centre for a little over a year, and both myself and her have loved every second she has spent here. Not only have I noticed fantastic development in all aspects of her growth, but I've noticed just how much every single team member of this centre has shown deep care and understanding throughout her time here. They are incredible with communication and regularly post on Story Park, keeping us parents up to date with the children's day. I wholeheartedly wish my daughter was seeing her early childcare and education years here and am shattered that in moving, I have to find a new centre. Thank you so much to the entire team for taking such incredible care of my beautiful girl! I know with confidence that I made the right choice in trusting your centre with her development, health and safety. Read more

My child has come home multiple times with unexplained bruises, and when I raised concerns with the center, they denied any incidents had occurred.
