Entrusting your child to others is one of the most daunting moments in a parent’s life. What began as childcare has truly become an extension of our family. The care, warmth, love and professionalism shown by the educators and all staff — including the wonderful director, assistant director and administrative team — is exceptional. Thank you for everything you do for my children and our family. This is an outstanding centre and I highly recommend it — if you’re lucky enough to secure a place as this level of care is truly in demand. I highly recommend this centre to families seeking high-quality early childhood education and care.

We first started at this Centre following a recommendation from my cousin, who previously worked here. It has truly been a wonderful experience, with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The staff genuinely care, and our children have flourished both emotionally and educationally—especially in the Kinder rooms. A real home away from home.

There is childcare and then there is Goodstart Craigieburn. Communication is great, any concerns are addressed quickly, and just seeing my child happy to come and go is an absolute blessing. Thank you for all you do for my child and our family. Such a brilliant centre. I highly recommend this centre if you can manage to get a spot, with this quality of care there will definitely be a queue.

Not very caring or considerate of children with speech delays. Didnt even make it past the tour. Theres plenty of other childcares around Craigieburn, i would definately avoid this one
