We have had a very positive experience with this childcare which has cared for our son since he was 1. We have seen so much positive growth and confidence in him as well ad independence and this would not be possible without the amazing team of educators who have showed support during his settling-in period especially from a very clingy little boy. Thay have been great and helpful with establishing routine especially around meal and nap time - not to mention our son getting creative everyday, looking forward for another art, play and sing/dance session with his peers and educators. Because of these, we have seen so much progress in his speech and social skills- all thanks to the wonderful, caring and professional educators who have created a safe and supportive environment for the children. The way communication and updates are delivered has always been reassuring and most of all, knowing our son is happy and well cared for gives us complete peace of mind. I would wholeheartedly recommend this centre to families seeking quality care. Thanks heaps team!!

This childcare is second to none. My little one loves it there. The place is clean, he loves the food and looooooves the staff. It really is like a great big family. I have referred friends, which is always a little nerve wracking, and they love it too! I was pro-Montessori childcare before I found this place and now, would never go back. They’re even helping to toilet train him, which is a God-send, and are doing an amazing job of it. Thanks to all of the staff here for showing my kid love, not just giving him education.

I have nothing but praise for the center staff and management they all opt to make children feel safe and welcomed and treated like family. Teachers have done a brilliant job job in children’s learning a development and my grandson has been part of this family. Credit to each and every educator.

Goodstart Craigieburn is by far the best childcare centre in the area. I have had three of my children attend, from the nursery room through to kinder, and it truly feels like their second home. The warmth, love, and care they provide to the children is unmatched and often underrated. The educators and centre staff are incredibly loving, caring, and supportive — they are all amazing. It genuinely feels like home, and knowing my children are safe, secure, and truly cared for is what makes this centre outstanding. Love the whole team!

We first started at this Centre following a recommendation from my cousin, who previously worked here. It has truly been a wonderful experience, with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The staff genuinely care, and our children have flourished both emotionally and educationally—especially in the Kinder rooms. A real home away from home.
