As a family entrusting our 3 youngest children in their care since it opened, we could not be happier with our experience at NextGen ELC Harrington Park. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a clean, vibrant and welcoming environment that immediately puts both our children and us as parents at ease. It’s clear that a lot of care and pride goes into maintaining such a beautiful, safe learning space. We have used 5 other long daycare centres in the past with our older children, and what truly sets this centre apart is the team of dedicated educators. Every educator has shown genuine warmth, patience, and a deep commitment to each of our child’s wellbeing and development. They take the time to build meaningful relationships with the children, and it shows in how comfortable and happy the kids are each day. The quality of care and education is also outstanding. The learning programs are thoughtfully planned with the children's interests and development in mind and my kids love the messy, sensory, creative, hands on experiences that they get to do everyday. Communication with us is also excellent. We always feel informed, encouraged to collaborate, and confident that our child is part of an inclusive community that values them. Each afternoon we are always met by an educator in our child's room who can inform us of particulars about our child's day showing us that they truly know our child. The app is also great and regularly updated throughout the day with our child's routine including meals, toileting and naps which helps inform our evening routine while the daily journals provide multiple opportunities throughout their day to see photos and hear about what they've been up to so we can chat about their day upon pick up. We are so grateful to be part of such a nurturing community, and we highly recommend this centre to any family looking for exceptional early childhood care.

My son has been with the center since 2023. The staff have always been warm, professional, and genuinely invested in the children’s development and wellbeing. It gives us great peace of mind knowing he is in such a safe, happy, and nurturing environment.

Harrington park next gen early learning centre is a beautiful centre with kind staff who genuinely care about the children that attend. I love to see all of the happy faces when I pick up and drop off each day! The activities that are set up for them to engage in are always amazing and i really appreciate all of the effort that goes into the special event days they hold such as Easter and mothers/Father’s Day/Christmas. Thank you for all that you do for our children

My son has been going to next gen for several month now and we could not be happier with this centre. This was the first centre we have sent him to (along with another on a different day) and I can say hand on heart that I trust the educators with my life. When I drop my son off, I am confident that he is in a safe and engaging environment. Also, compared to the other centre we sent him to, every person we come into contact with always engages with us, with a friendly hello, vs our previous centre where everyone seemed a little depressed to be there. To have my little man run into the arms of the educators when we drop him off, makes us so happy. Not only this, but they host events where they raise money for charities that mean something to the families that go there. If you can’t get a spot, make sure you’re on the waiting list because they’re worth it.

My child was on the wait list for over 430 days. Before the centre was even finished being built. With over 17 months notice before the day she needed to start. Somehow all the positions were filled. Make sure you enrol your child before you even start trying to conceive them.

My partner and I recently enrolled our children in this childcare centre and we could not be happier. The staff did an excellent job helping them transition from their previous centre and had them settled in and building new relationships with the other children in no time. The centre is extremely well kept, the staff here and the management have done a fantastic job. Both of our children are excited on "school days" when they get to go and play with their friends. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

My sons have been at Nextgen since they first opened! I have been so happy with how Nextgen has evolved into something magical for the kids! So much so that I felt a review was deserved! The staff go above and beyond, the kids are so taken care of and extremely loved. I think all the teachers are incredible. But a shoutout to Miss Claire, Muriel , Gemma for showing so much enthusiasm and dedication to the kids and also Chef Kiah for always being so welcoming ! This centre has truly grown and blossomed into a place that I feel so proud and comfortable having my children. The parents are involved and they also do alot of charity and fantastic programs. They are very big on diversity and I truly appreciate how they acknowledge first nation Indigenous people by having artwork/ symbols in the classrooms and hallways. Anyway i could go on but I will say if you are lucky enough to have your kids at Nextgen they are in the best hands 🤍
