I had the privilege of working at Cass Gumnut Early Learning Centre, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there.... I had the privilege of working at Cass Gumnut Early Learning Centre, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. The director is an exceptional leader who is incredibly supportive, generous, and kind to all staff, educators, and families. Her dedication to creating a nurturing environment is truly commendable. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to my wonderful coworkers. Each of you made my time at Cass Gumnut enjoyable and meaningful. Your teamwork and support were invaluable, and I am grateful for how you all helped me grow professionally. Cass Gumnut Early Learning Centre is more than just a childcare facility; it's a place where children are genuinely cared for and nurtured. I have witnessed firsthand how my colleagues, whom I consider superheroes, go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and development of the children. To the director and the entire team at Cass Gumnut, thank you for the opportunity to be a part of such a special community. I did my work replacement here and I had a really inspiring time with the whole team. The teachers here are always approachable... I did my work replacement here and I had a really inspiring time with the whole team. The teachers here are always approachable and ready for the children. They are also very supportive during my whole replacement. I learnt the idea of child-centred and responsive care from the team. I was impressed by the stem programmes they had in the daily activities. Each child here is adorable and unique. My boy has attended two childcare centres, and it’s clear that he receives much better care at CASS. Every educator there is friendly, caring and patient with children. They also have a great app that allows to check daily journal and photos. Strongly recommended! Read more
