I have been sending my kid to KU Greenwood for more than a year now and I am very satisfied with the care provided. As this was my first experience with a child care for my daughter who was 13 months when I started, I was very apprehensive and worried. The staff at KU was very understanding and put up with my anxious phone calls, centre visits, a barrage of questions and instructions very well. Both I and my daughter have build trust over the period and share a bond with the educators here. The staff not only takes care of basic things like food, nappies and sleep but also provides advice on overall child development. The centre is small and cosy with a limited number of children in each room so that the children get to know each other and the educators very well. The food is freshly prepared at the center and refined foods and sugar are avoided. They also take care of special dietary requirements. The educators are polite, caring and communicative. You get regular updates on your child via online app. Even the casual staff knows the children well. The variety of toys and books is also very good and they keep adding to it from time to time. The learning activities and other play also encourage children to be creative. The staff always ensures that the children are safe and secure. I would recommend this centre to other parents.
We have had children at this centre for over 5 years (and still going). We have been really happy with the care our children have received. They have developed wonderful bonds with their carers. The carers offer a good variety of activities to engage and stimulate the kids, based on their current interests. We're really happy here.
