We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this daycare. My son is currently attending and absolutely loves it, he’s always happy, engaged, and well cared for. The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development, which gives me so much peace of mind. I’ve also previously sent two of my older sons here, so our family has been part of the centre for nearly 5 years now. They are both in school and thriving, and I truly believe the strong foundation they received here played a big part in that. The team consistently goes above and beyond, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the kids. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to any family looking for quality care.

Our son absolutely loves going and has learnt so much over the last 3 years at one tree. It’s really comforting knowing he’s happy, safe, and well looked after.

We have been so happy with the Educators and the service at One Tree Altona Meadows! The variety of activities and education has been amazing, always engaging the kids with something new and relevant to the community that they are a part of. The educators are very genuine and have worked with us to bring out the best in our daughter, who is part of the 'COVID generation'. I love the focus on different cultures and indigenous education and awareness too, which is woven through the curriculum, not just a token occasional acknowledgement. Highly recommend this service to prospective parents and families!

My children have been with this childcare provider since 2016. The care and inclusion my children have received has been impeccable. There are always smiles and a welcome for each child and their family and they have a wonderful chef who prepares a huge variety of food for the children at the centre. My children have thrived at this centre and when it’s time for school, we as a family will be sad to leave. A great service all round!

Navigating childcare providers as a first time mum the whole process can feel very overwhelming. After visiting a few different services it was obvious for me that One Tree Altona Meadows was the best. The educators are all warm and kind and genuinely enjoy their important job supporting children. I have been so impressed with the approach that I never bothered looking elsewhere for kindergarten for either of my children as the program offered (delivered by a contemporary fully qualified, energetic and inspiring ECT) is excellent. My children have loved One Tree and I've always valued and appreciated the collaborative supportive and passionate One Tree team. Thoroughly recommend.

Welcoming and cosy. My 2 year old twins have been going to this centre since they were 11mths old and their 7month old baby sister joined 2mths ago now. For me it’s all about how comfortable I and my children feel. As soon as I walked in for my tour I felt at home. Kind of felt like somewhere I would have gone as a child. Older, lived in, earthy vibes (was not liking the clinical vibes of others places). I have felt safe and secure with my children there since day 1. The educators & director feel like friends or even extended family now. When you see your kids run to an educator for a hug you know you’re in the right place. We have even moved 2 highway exits away and yet I choose to continue to travel for peace of mind. Couldn’t recommend more.

My daughter spent 4 years at one tree, her cousin before her. My son is now in his 3rd year with them and bub #3 will follow next year. We toured a few centres when we were looking for our first and found one tree to feel the most inviting and nature based. The centre has changed over the years, but we find right now it is at its best. Staff are are always happy to talk to you and take on feedback, we have got to know all the educators who have been with our children, there are long term employees who know the kids in each room. The kinder teacher who is a previous employee and returned after her study, my son is loving. He has learnt so much in these first 2 terms, couldn't ask for anything better.
