My twin boys have been attending leaping learners for the past 4 years and honestly it feels like home for us. As a... My twin boys have been attending leaping learners for the past 4 years and honestly it feels like home for us. As a single mum I was very nervous but they were all very welcoming and nurturing and helped both the boys and myself settle in. All the girls are so beautiful with both of my boys, especially Miss Jess- you can see how much she pours her heart into her career. She goes above and beyond and creates such wonderful activities for the boys that they come home talking about all afternoon! It'll be very hard to adjust as the boys move to school next year for all of us! Alongside Miss Jess know every educator here has had some part in pushing my boys to do the best and be the best they can! Leaping learners has been great for communication, I'm always informed of incidents and told about the ups and downs of their days! I honestly couldn't recommend a centre or anything as well as I recommend leaping learners Mount Annan! Questioned them on their policies and procedures regarding incident reports, first aid they had provided and also safe sleeping practices (9month old). As an educator, I am aware of regulations, and I pulled them up on breaching their policies. Reported to the department and they are now being investigated. They have now cancelled my enrolment for my two children, claiming I have breached their policies by not attending a face to face meeting, when I have requested any communication be documented through emails, as it is all to be sent through to the department of education. I have requested multiple times to view which policies I have breached, to which they are refusing to send them to me. They like to add in the terms 'national regulations' and 'policies and procedures' to justify their actions, when really they are breaking their own policies and regs themselves. Have been an absolute joke of a service to deal with. 1 star is even too highly rated for this service. Read more

They will leave your child upset the whole day ans won't advise you off this. They will then lie saying they had a... They will leave your child upset the whole day ans won't advise you off this. They will then lie saying they had a great day when my child was distraught,cried all day & was yelled at. Luckily my child was old enough to communicate this to me. If your child is not able to communicate, please don't send there as they will sweep things under the carpet. I have pulled my child out of here & advised them of what happened & there has been NO investigation or incident reported. Ms Jess is very stern and her tone even towards the parents when there is an issue I very rude, so you can see how the kids are made to feel. They have scarred my child with such a bad experience that whenever he goes past that centre in the car- he says "mean teacher,I cried all day". They lied to my face so I wouldn't know. I had sent my daughter there 7 years ago and they were great but I guess Ms Jess has become immune to the kids feelings and doesn't really care for kids or parents. Please don't risk your child going there and things swept under the carpet. Ms Zoe was kind and is beautiful with the kids but unfortunately knowing Ms Jess is there yelling at kids that can't defend themselves or speak out makes is too risky to put our precious kids in that environment. I hope this can spare another child and family having a bad experience. Read more

We enrolled our son at leaping learners from a different centre after a recommendation from a family friend. One of the best things we have done for our son, our quite n often shy son now actively plays with other kids and is a joy to take to school. From the director to the teachers to the cook, the whole team clearly come together and have only the best interests for all the kids! We look forward to using this centre for years to come.
