Best in donnybrook

They r good enough to get 4 or even 5 stars i would say..90 percent of staff is good which i have dealt with...I would recommend them even though my son didn't get admission there for next year because it's already full..my son and we would definitely miss them..I wish we got even 1-2 days at least..now we have to look for new one which is another hell of a task finding a good one..

My husband and I are very happy with Wallaby Donnybrook and their educators. I am very impressed with the leadership team and how they manage staff and the communication with the parents. My son loves going to Wallaby Donnybrook everyday. Definitely will recommend this childcare!

I wouldn't recommend this centre. I removed my little one from here and he's been thriving in his new childcare. This is what I observed for the time I was there ( toddler room) - Everytime I picked him up, there was Always Screen time on or an educator sitting and holding the ipad. - during my orientation, I was annoyed to see that 1 particular educator not interact(talk or Play) with the kids. They were just sitting down. The kids were coming up to me and asking me questions like what color is this etc etc. I'm not sure why they felt this was ok to do especially in front of a parent. I noticed this during the 3 days I orientated. -Meals, my little one is a fussy eater. When the food came out, he shook his head no. They removed his bowl and ddnt make any attempt to try and get him to eat or offer even a slice toast - final straw for removal, I was walking from the car park, and they have windows you can hear and see through- I saw the educator with my son in the corner of the room raising her voice loudly yelling at him that he has to wipe his nose now. He was backed up in a corner crying. When I walked in, I asked her is everything ok, unbeknownst to her, I heard and saw what just happened ' she responded oh hes sad his friends are gone. I then asked her, did he not want to wipe his nose?? She stood there staring at me in shock. This did not sit right with me especially since we don't use this heavy aggression at home. Since then, everytime I picked him up, she would not even tell me how his day was or any sort of update.. Given the price was alot more than my previous daycare, I felt that some of the educators and customer facing staff did the absolute least and had a very entitled attitude.

The staff are exceptionally supportive, and the environment is ideal for my child's growth.

Stay away from this child care. Putting blame on parents. Not worth it. Disgusting behaviour
