Service and response is quick as well as best care for my child and lots of learning new things every day

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, they treat my little one like he is their own. my son always lights up when he sees we are going to care. The manager is always with the kids and helping the staff out, I haven't seen a more dedicated and active team.

Both my children attend this centre and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff are wonderful and were so welcoming and supportive when my 4 month old baby started. Their love and level of care they provide is above and beyond. The centre manager is highly knowledgeable and passionate about the safety and wellbeing of children.

My two children attend BBLC and we are very happy. My children are quite clingy and staff have made a huge effort to create a safe bond allowing my boys to feel safe and secure during morning drop off's. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and always happy to have a chat - i never feel rushed to get in there and get out which is nice to be able to get to know staff. The chef Sandra makes an delicious menu each and every day and great alternative options for my son who's a very picky eater. My kids always happy at pick up and tell me about how much they've enjoyed their day whilst at daycare & educators update your child's routine throughout the day regularly on the app which is great to be able to see what they're eating & their sleep times! We love this centre and the staff and im so thankful they provide amazing care for both my children 🥰

This is the same centre manager that encouraged exisiting parents and educators to override negative comments at another centre in Altona Meadows and then left because they lost interest. As a parent, my experience with this Centre manager was very ingenuine and unprofessional. It is obvious the high staff turnaround was due to favouritsm. And it looks like they are doing the same at BBLC.

Absolutely amazing daycare. The teacher have been fantastic with both my kids and the manager Angela has been awesome and gone above and beyond with helping me look into schools for my son. Couldn't ask for a better center for my kids

My kids love this daycare so much, we never have an issue at drop off as they are happy to go to the teachers. They love the food that they don't eat much for dinner cause they have eaten so much during the day. I love how they identify any kids with allergies or medical conditions with different placemats at food time or colour coded tags on the hats for outside, this gives me alot of reassurance as a parent of a child with asthma and a dairy intolerance. Keep up the good work everyone your all absolutely amazing!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at BBL Child Care Centre. While the facilities themselves were adequate, the management left much to be desired. The manager fosters an environment of unprofessionalism by engaging in gossip about staff and parents, which is deeply inappropriate for a place that should prioritize trust and respect. Additionally, I was alarmed to witness the manager encouraging staff and parents to write fake positive reviews, which feels unethical and misleading to potential clients. This behavior undermines the integrity of the centre and raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. I would not recommend this childcare centre to anyone who values professionalism and genuine care for their children.

I am extremely disappointed with Bright Beginnings Learning Center. My child consistently complains about the food provided, saying it’s unappetizing and not enjoyable. I'm sure this centre doesn't have a chef, Worse, they’ve been repeatedly hurt by other children, and the educators seem oblivious to what’s happening. When I’ve asked for clarity, I’ve been given vague or fabricated reports, which raises serious concerns about the integrity of their communication and supervision. It’s shocking to see this center rated so highly when so many parents I’ve spoken to share similar concerns. Many are now withdrawing their children due to the poor quality of care and management. I cannot recommend this kindergarten to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child.
