We have been at Norma’s Nest for over 3 years now, having sent both of our boys there. It’s a true family environment. Norma takes as much care with our children as we do and really takes the time to get to know them and their interests. She is always updating her toys based on what they like to play with. She has become part of our family now too. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, especially given our second took a lot more adjustment and Norma was so patient with him. He loves going there now and that’s 100% because she put in the effort to really get to know him and care for him. The facilities are also amazing and always well kept, with a huge backyard full of fun activities for the kids.

Our son has attended Norma’s nest for 2 years and we could not have been happier. As first time parents we were worried about putting him into day care and unsure of what to expect. Norma has helped him to grow into a confident little man. Not only does he love attending care, he is constantly learning and growing through play and activities with Norma. He loves to garden, feed the worms, dress up, craft, read books and ride bikes. Norma’s attention to detail and hygiene standards are highly commendable. We have loved the specialised experience that her service has provided and we will all miss her next year when we unfortunately move to a larger centre. Thank you so much Norma!

Thank you so much Madelaine. It has been so wonderful watching your little one grow from a little baby into a happy, active and confident little boy. His care friends and I will miss him dearly next year however we know he will have a fantastic time in the larger centre and have loads of fun with many new friends.

Norma’s Nest was the perfect environment for our son to first enter childcare when he was 13 months. Having a smaller number of kids meant he wasn’t overwhelmed and he got a lot more individual attention from Norma. Everyday he would proudly come home with artworks and craft projects. The outdoor space is a kids heaven, I loved seeing the daily photos of him playing - he had so much fun!
Sadly we had to leave Brisbane, but he formed some lovely relationships with the other kids while he was there. Thank you Norma, we miss the Nest!
