Montessori hoppers crossing is one of the best childcare in west Melbourne, I cannot express how grateful I am for this childcare centre. My son has been to several places before, but nothing has ever come close to the love, care, and dedication he received here. The environment is so clean, safe, and warm that I felt at peace every single day knowing he is in good hands. What truly touched my heart was how much my son has grown. He started learning things I didn’t even know he was capable of yet, and he would come home surprising me with new skills and knowledge. His confidence, behaviour, and overall happiness have improved so much. All of this is because of two incredible teachers — Miss Iqra Sadiq and Miss Chelsea. They have played a life-changing role in my son’s journey. Their patience, dedication, and genuine love for children are beyond words. I am forever thankful to both of them. I highly recommend this childcare to every family. Yes, Montessori centres are in high demand and waiting times can be long, but this place is absolutely worth it. Thanks to the amazing Wattle Room team, my son has grown so beautifully and now he is selected in Westbourne grammer school, this is all happen just because of this wattle room teacher’s hardwark. I had experience with a few other centers for my older child, and while those experiences weren’t bad, my expectations were quite high — and HCMC has certainly met them in every way. Everything from their cleanliness, curriculum, food, and staff is exceptional. I can share two examples that many parents from other centers may relate to. First, regardless of the season, whenever you walk into any room at HCMC, the children are always clean — no runny noses or dried nasal mucus. This doesn’t mean the children never catch a cold; rather, it shows that the educators are attentive and quick to notice and clean up, which is rare in many other centers. Second, when the children play outside, the educators are always actively monitoring them. I have never seen them chatting among themselves during outdoor supervision, no matter what time of day you drop off or pick up your child. This was a major positive difference for me, as in many other centers educators often get distracted by conversations. The center also takes weather and cleanliness very seriously, which I believe is why children here are less likely to fall sick. I have seen other centers let children play outside in extreme hot or cold weather — even in drizzle — under the idea that “children should get used to the weather.” But at HCMC, they always make thoughtful decisions about outdoor play based on safety and comfort. As parents, we hope our children are cared for the same way we would care for them — and HCMC has truly fulfilled that expectation. - Syeda Read more
Dear Syeda, Thank you so much for your thoughtful, detailed, and generous review. We are truly humbled by your kind words and the time you’ve taken to share your experience with such clarity and care. We deeply value the trust you’ve placed in us 😊especially knowing your expectations were high based on prior experiences. It’s incredibly rewarding to hear that HCMC has met those expectations across every area, from cleanliness and curriculum to our food and educator engagement. Your specific observations mean a great deal to our team. Attention to hygiene and active supervision are fundamental to how we operate, and your acknowledgement of these standards is both affirming and motivating. Our educators take great pride in being present, responsive, and proactive at all times whether it’s during indoor routines or outdoor play. We’re also grateful that you highlighted how seriously we take children’s wellbeing in varying weather conditions. Every decision we make is grounded in the belief that safety, health, and comfort come first, always. Thank you again for your trust, your insight, and your wonderful recommendation. We’re honoured to be part of your family’s journey and will continue doing our very best to provide the care every parent hopes for their child. Warmest regards, The Hoppers Crossing Montessori Team
