The low staff turnover says everything about the way this centre is run, it’s clear it’s a well-managed, family-oriented business. We've often walked past the daycare on a Saturday or Sunday to find the directors at the centre cleaning and doing maintenance in their own time. Our children absolutely love being there, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such loving and capable hands each day. I cannot recommend this fantastic little centre highly enough. My daughter moved here for the Kindy room and when we visited we’d pretty much decided on another centre. But our meeting with Vanessa, the centre director, turned this decision around entirely for us. Her passion for early childhood education and when discussing the space she and her family had designed and built truly shone through. The centre is spacious, well-designed and modern with so many things for little people to enjoy. The centre is truly a family affair with many members of her family involved in various capacities, which gives it a real community feel. We moved from overseas so I was nervous about how my daughter would handle the transition but I could not be more grateful for how the wonderful Kindy educators supported her through. They really got to know her as an individual, evidenced by the report they prepared for her new school where they described her perfectly. I don’t think our first few months in Australia would have been anywhere near as successful without them - they were patient, supportive and fun, carefully designing the best experiences every day and fast becoming my daughter’s favourite people - she will miss them so much. Thank you so much to the entire team at Dolphin Avenue - we’re so sad to say goodbye as we head off to big school. You truly have a wonderful team and centre that you should be immeasurably proud of ❤️ Read more

This is really the best childcare centre we have used in 5 years! (And unfortunately we had been with a few)... We now... This is really the best childcare centre we have used in 5 years! (And unfortunately we had been with a few)... We now have our second child with Dolphins and we couldn't be happier. Vanessa, John and the whole team treat the children like family. They go above and beyond for my son with allergies to make sure he never misses out despite a restricted diet. The room educators Crystal and Bayli are the best, knowing they are looking after him makes the whole process of leaving him in care easier. Every single staff member knows my sons name, and we love the special events they organise to celebrate life throughout the year. Absolutely recommend Dolphins 🐬 💯 Read more

Firstly, it is a beautiful new centre, which is bright and well laid out, with a focus on outside time which I love. But most importantly, the staff and their care level is just exceptional. They genuinely care about my kids, and my kids love going, to the point where my son was off sick recently and was asking me all day if he could still go to kindy. If your child has allergies/anaphylaxis DO NOT trust Dolphin Ave Early Learning Centre. My son was feed an egg sandwich which could have killed him. Miss Crystal asked him if he enjoyed the taste after his little mouth was washed out! The incident report was never recorded on Xplor. On another occasion his Epi Pen was lost. Vanessa and John's inability to take responsibility trickles down to the educators. This centre looks lovely however is not safe! Read more

The layout of the facility is very welcoming and easy for pickup and drop off. The staff and educators are always happy and welcoming. They were always super engaging with my son even in early morning drop offs and late pick ups, always full of energy. We sadly had to leave due to relocating but we felt as though we were leaving part of our family. Vanessa the director is always approachable and easy to talk to about anything. All of our educators during our time were amazing with our Son and he loved going everyday. Miss Bailey & Miss Ash are the ultimate duo! The security of the centre was what stands apart from other centres and the ease of mind knowing that the children are safe inside the centre with no public access is what allows me to go to work not stressing about anything. High fences and Face ID to enter. 👍🏼 We will be back Dolphin Ave!! Read more
