I do not recommend this centre !
Ongoing issues for over 12 months. During pick up hour where my child would be crying and screaming telling me afterwards that a carer grabbed her/him by the wrists squeezing hard trying to restrain her/him and isolating in a separate room not allowing her/him to move.
Ongoing bullying by several kids in his P2 class that have severe behavioral issues.
I have also walked in at pick up hour to witness another child in P2 physically abuse and assault one of the carer by kicking, punching, slapping and hair pulling to the point it ended up both on the floor whilst all the other children watched.
Lack of Education programs.
No matter how many times we try to address and report any situation it all gets ignored.
P2 is out of control with poor control and management.
Other families have also been experiencing similar ongoing issues and taken their kids out which was the right choice to do so.
Also carers leaving due to its poor management.
We have decided to take our child out and away from this negative environment.

Thank you to the team at Heritage House Castle Hill for your amazing support and care of our son over the last few years.
They helped him feel settled in from his very first day, and we have seen his confidence thrive ever since. We have watched him grow and learn so many things, and develop special friendships that he treasures. Every educator we have met has always been so kind and patient. Thank you!

I do not recommend this centre.
My child has been attending the Preschool 2 room from beginning of February until now, and during this time I have not received any observation reports, goal updates, or meaningful feedback. Each time I drop off or pick up my child, the room is consistently messy and chaotic. I have never seen any projects underway or evidence of consistent learning experiences. Group time is rarely observed, and there appears to be no structured routine in place.
When I raised my concerns with the educators, I was told they were still trying to “settle the room” — and this was already in April. Still, no noticeable improvement has been made. There have been no excursions or incursions either.
They also share only one post with just a few photos (3–4), and even that is not uploaded daily, making it difficult for parents to understand what is actually happening throughout the day.
I voiced my concerns not once, but twice — yet nothing changed. Despite giving them time and chances to improve, I could no longer wait or trust that things would get better, so I’ve made the decision to leave.
As someone who has worked in the early childhood education industry for five years, I understand how things should be run. Unfortunately, I feel that educators often offer excuses or vague reassurances, but there has been no visible follow-through.
I also know I’m not alone — several other families have shared the same concerns, which to me only confirms how apparent and serious the issues are.
