I do not recommend this centre. My child has been attending the Preschool 2 room from beginning of February until now, and during this... I do not recommend this centre. My child has been attending the Preschool 2 room from beginning of February until now, and during this time I have not received any observation reports, goal updates, or meaningful feedback. Each time I drop off or pick up my child, the room is consistently messy and chaotic. I have never seen any projects underway or evidence of consistent learning experiences. Group time is rarely observed, and there appears to be no structured routine in place. When I raised my concerns with the educators, I was told they were still trying to “settle the room” — and this was already in April. Still, no noticeable improvement has been made. There have been no excursions or incursions either. They also share only one post with just a few photos (3–4), and even that is not uploaded daily, making it difficult for parents to understand what is actually happening throughout the day. I voiced my concerns not once, but twice — yet nothing changed. Despite giving them time and chances to improve, I could no longer wait or trust that things would get better, so I’ve made the decision to leave. As someone who has worked in the early childhood education industry for five years, I understand how things should be run. Unfortunately, I feel that educators often offer excuses or vague reassurances, but there has been no visible follow-through. I also know I’m not alone — several other families have shared the same concerns, which to me only confirms how apparent and serious the issues are. Read more
