My son had the best Four year old Kinder year at this center. Educators and overall staff is so friendly and understanding. Th Graduation Ceremony was very well organised. 100% recommended

We have been at the centre since 2022 and the centre has the most dedicated and caring educators I’ve ever met! It’s more like a family and I appreciate every single staff member in the place. Special mention to nursery 1 & 2 (like bonus mums) to Arlo and Duntae. I don’t know what I would do without you all! I was hesitant to leave my kids with someone else, but the Ferntree gully Goodstart team have eased any worries I have ever had.

We’ve been attending Goodstart Ferntree Gully for about four years now, and my children absolutely love it! They always have a wonderful time, and the educators consistently provide a wide variety of engaging activities. My eldest also enjoys participating in the many incursions on offer. The educators know the children well, genuinely care for them, and I always feel confident they are in good hands. The communication is excellent and I receive regular updates and photos each day. I cannot thank the staff at Goodstart Ferntree Gully enough!

When I first sent my son to Goodstart Early Learning Centre in Ferntree Gully and Karen was in charge, the centre was run smoothly and we had no issues. However, after the recent management change it deeply affected the overall quality of care and service provided at the centre. Staff supervision appeared inconsistent; while a few caregivers demonstrated professionalism and genuine concern for the children, there were troubling instances where proper supervision was lacking. This raised significant concerns about the safety and well-being of the children during my time there. It is crucial for any early learning centre to maintain a high standard of oversight and care, and my experience at Goodstart Ferntree Gully fell far short of those expectations. I hold deep concern for the children currently enrolled at the centre and hope that management will take the necessary steps to improve the situation.

With Karen Directing and Madhura Assistant directing you couldn’t be in better hands! Goodstart FTG has a lovely feel about it, especially N2 with their lovely experiences and educators. I know my daughter is safe and well.

It is evident that the staff at Goodstart Ferntree Gully go over and above for the kids. Nothing is ever too difficult and they are willing to accomodate extra bookings on short notice - which is extremely helpful. They are proactive, have great attention to detail and are willing to go the extra mile for the kids including by planning events outside of work time for parents and kids across the different rooms to socialise with the educators and others. They also show a great deal of love and care for the children who attend the centre and offer a wide variety of experiences and opportunities for the kids to develop. My kids especially love the fish and the stick insects at pick up and drop off and enjoy the interactions with their friends and educators. Thank you to the wonderful team for all your efforts!

I highly recommend Goodstart FTG! My daughter started in Nursery two and we never had any problems. I love how the educators communicate with my child's learning journey. The staff are very friendly and they always give you a warm welcome in the Centre. Great facilities and delicious food.

We've been at Ferntree gully Goodstart for our almost 2 year old boy for a few months now and the care they have all shown our boy has just been fantastic. We feel super lucky to have become apart of the community and know our boy is having great support and fun! The communication and warmth between the educators to us has been spot on and you feel connected into his day while we have to be away.
