A Truly Transformative Experience at KingKids Rowville After trying two other childcare centres, we were hesitant to make another change—but moving our son to KingKids Rowville was the best decision we’ve made. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with open arms. Within just two days, our son Marlon was the happiest he’d been in a year. At previous centres, drop-offs were traumatic—he would scream for over an hour, and we were often left feeling judged, especially for things like him still using a bottle or being in nappies. That all changed with KingKids. The team here celebrates every child’s individuality and development stage. They're not only accepting, but enthusiastic about letting kids’ personalities shine. The educators are incredibly attentive—they always know exactly what Marlon has been up to during the day, and their communication gives me so much peace of mind. They've been supportive through every milestone, including toilet training, and they genuinely care about the wellbeing of each child. Marlon is now 3.5 years old, and while he may still have tired days, he comes home content, balanced, and rarely has the huge tantrums we used to deal with. I truly believe it's because he feels heard, nurtured, and no longer has to fight for attention. He eats really well at daycare too—the menu is amazing, and I love seeing the nutritious and varied meals they offer. The outdoor area is another standout feature. It has both covered and open-air sections, so the kids still get to play outside—even when it’s raining. We hadn’t seen anything like it at other centres in the area. The staff? Absolutely phenomenal. Joanne is quirky, fun, and always getting the kids involved in something exciting. A huge thank you to Neelob and Nat—you made us feel at home from day one and gave us the encouragement we needed to make this change. We’ll be forever grateful. The educators are so lovely and caring, the admin team always accomodate & help me as much as they can and siti & cath (their chefs) make great food.
