Exceptional Care and an Amazing Team Little Zak’s has been an incredible second home for my son, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the dedicated and loving team who support him every day. The educators Anna and Puja consistently go above and beyond—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. Their patience and enthusiasm shine through in everything they do, and my son absolutely adores them. A special mention goes to the Centre Director, Gaby. Her leadership is outstanding. She runs the centre with professionalism, kindness, and clear communication, creating an environment where families feel welcomed, supported, and confident that their children are in excellent hands. And of course, the irreplaceable Chloe, the Educational Leader—she is truly the heart of the centre’s learning environment. Her passion, creativity, and dedication to high-quality education make a remarkable difference. You can see the impact of her work in the thoughtful programs, engaging activities, and the joy the children have in learning every day. Little Zak’s has exceeded every expectation. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a nurturing, inspiring, and well-run centre. Highly recommend to any family looking for exceptional care and education.

We are so grateful to the current team at Little Zak's Hunters Hill. My little one is in one of the toddler rooms. He has big feelings and the educators and leadership team have been wonderful in nurturing him. They see him for who he is and through that have given him so many skills and such confidence to go about the world. There is excellent communication between staff and parents and a very inclusive approach to care and to different family compositions. It's been so good to have a centre whose staff share our values and who I can put all my trust into. It'll be a sad day when he leaves this beautiful, nurturing environment to go to big school!

My twins have been attending LZHH since February this year, and I’ve noticed such a positive difference since the change in management! While the previous managers did a great job, Gabby and Chloe have truly taken the centre to the next level. They clearly work so well together, and it shows in every aspect, from the improved cleanliness to the wonderful teachers they’ve brought on board. The atmosphere is warm and happy, not only for the staff and parents but most importantly for the children. My twins feel safe, comfortable, and absolutely love coming here every day. It’s clear that Gabby and Chloe genuinely love what they do, and that passion shines through in the care they provide. Thank you for creating such a positive and nurturing environment!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Little Zak’s Hunters Hill since our daughter started this year. The team have gone above and beyond to provide not only excellent care and education for our daughter, but also genuine support for our family as a whole. As parents of a child with additional needs, it was so important for us to find a nurturing and inclusive environment – and we truly found that here. The educators are compassionate, patient, and attentive, always taking the time to understand our daughter’s unique needs and celebrate her progress. Their communication with us has been fantastic, and we’ve always felt reassured knowing she’s in such capable and caring hands. We’re incredibly grateful to the Little Zak’s team for the love and support they’ve shown, it’s made a world of difference to our daughter I have seen her happier and more confident in this environment. Highly recommend to any family looking for a centre that leads with heart and professionalism.

As a parent of a non-verbal child with complex support needs, I trusted Little Zak’s Academy to provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Unfortunately, my son was left visibly distressed for extended periods while staff stood by without comforting or engaging him. On at least one occasion, he was rough handled, which caused me deep concern. Despite my repeated requests, I was denied access to the full CCTV footage, and the centre’s And Hunters hill Area Manager response to my concerns was dismissive and defensive. I previously posted a review sharing my experience, but it was removed—seemingly to silence legitimate concerns rather than address them. I have since raised formal complaints with external authorities. Based on my experience, I urge all parents—whether your child is neurotypical or has additional needs—to carefully consider the care and support this centre provides before enrolling your child. Every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued. Sadly, I cannot say that was the case here.

Both my daughters love going to Little Zak’s HH! The oldest, 4 and half, goes to another centre twice a week and always asks if she can go to Little Zak’s instead. The youngest, 1 year old, gets so much love and attention from the educators! Me and the missus can go to work knowing she will have a great day. Kudos to all the teachers and to the new director, all the parents are commenting about the new educational program and how is helping the Inventors get ready for kindy next year!

We started at LZ Hunters Hill in January when our girl was only 10 months old. We only have positive things to say about the child care, staff administration and the general facilities here. Prior to enrolling we did check out another place but it wasn't as clean or organised as LZ Hunters Hill. We love the genuine care/love shown to our daughter, the option for open air play in each room, the different activities they schedule, and the attention shown each individual child (especially during meal and sleep times). Our daughter absolutely loves it here, when I pick her up she's just not that interested to go home- that's how you know that the place is really doing something right - kids don't lie...! Special shoutout to our absolute favourite carer: Wendy - she is something else, a second mother to our girl, just love her! Highly recommend. My only critique would be that they don't accept AMEX through their payment platform.

The facilities and staff are great. Miss Amira is always lovely and supportive towards my son and she has a great way of communicating with the children to suit their specific needs.

We have been at Little Zak’s Hunters Hill since the day it opened and our kids absolutely love it! The educators are so lovely, attentive and truly care for the kids, and I feel like they are very good at controlling illnesses and germs too. The facilities are great, activities are engaging, and the centre manager is wonderful too. Highly recommend!
