My daughter has attended this centre for over a year now and i have never seen her more happy and comfortable within an environment. The staff and management are wonderful and caring and very catering to each childs specific needs. Couldnt reccomend more!!!

We honestly could not speak more highly of this daycare! Our little man has been at Little Zaks for a little over two years now, and from the very beginning we have felt so supported, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. As a parent, there is nothing more comforting than knowing your child is not only safe, but truly loved and nurtured by the people caring for them every day. The staff are absolutely incredible. Every educator we’ve come across has been kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. You can tell they truly care and love what they do, and that makes all the difference. The facilities are also amazing, such a beautiful, welcoming environment for little ones to learn, play, and grow. My little man absolutely loves going and has built such beautiful relationships there over the years. We feel so lucky to have found a daycare that feels like an extension of our family. Best daycare around and great staff

Little Zak's Brookvale is the best! Have put all my kids through and could not recommend it more - from the facilities to the lovely staff, it is truly the best of the best.

We have loved Little Zacs Brookvale. The team has been amazing and our baby girl absolutely adores her carers - who she talked about at home and gets excited about seeing! The play area and resources are tip top. Her transition to day care could not have been smoother - it was very reassuring to know she was being give lots of support and care.

Our second child has been attending since age 1. The centre offers a supportive, kind, clean and a safe environment. Our room educators are familiar faces whom our son is happy to see. We have had no issues with nappy rashes or lack of care. Whatever we request is accepted and actioned. They also offer extra services like dental and speech check, which new parents may not know to consider and is more accessible for working parents. Love the morning yarn and dedication to cultural and family requirements. The kids have their own jokes and it's clear they have a great time when they're there. The centre has seen several improvements (renovations) over the last 8 months. The menu looks healthy, tasty and diverse. The reception team are supportive and attentive. There are regular newsletters and tips for parenting and menus as well as information about resources available to parents. Since our first child attended 4 years ago the team and educators have changed and I have seen a strong improvement. It's clear the management are determined to take on board feedback and guidance from parents. In summary I'd say this is a high performance team offering high quality childcare that works well for working parents.

My son has been going to Little Zaks for nearly a year and a half now. From the moment we first went for a site visit we felt welcomed into the family and community so warmly. The educators and all staff at the facility are some of the best going around and making the decision to send our son to Little Zaks brookvale over all others has been the best decision we've made!

We’ve had a really positive experience with Little Zak’s Academy in Brookvale. Our son Gabriele genuinely enjoys going there, which says a lot in itself. The educators are kind, attentive, and very supportive, especially when it comes to helping him navigate being bilingual. The administration team also deserves a special mention — they’re always accommodating and do their best to assist with last-minute requests for casual days. Their flexibility and willingness to help make a big difference for our family. Overall, a great centre with a caring team that we’re very happy to recommend.
