Not my children have attended Little Zak’s and we’ve had a wonderful experience. Teachers throughout the years have all been so kind and the admin staff are amazing.

I’m grateful that my son is part of the Little Zak’s family, where I feel confident leaving my most precious treasure while I go to work, knowing he is learning, playing, and happy

My two boys attended little zaks from 12 and 7 months until graduation. They're now in school in Kindy and year 1 and can say that they are well adjusted, have friends and are doing very well in schoo especially math and readingl. A big thank you to the team at Little Zaks for being a part of their development.

My kids have been attending Little Zak’s for a bit over a year now and could not be happier. My eldest was previously attending a different daycare where teachers even suggested me to take him to an occupational therapist, turns out he just needed to change environment to start thriving. Teachers are lovely and so approachable, admin team is equally fantastic and always very helpful. Facilities are great and I love that they offer swimming lessons for preschooler at the next door swimming pool. We recently went away for a long holiday and on return my kids were so excited to go back to daycare! That’s a good sign!!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a positive experience like in other reviews. My daughter attended the center for 3 months, and it was far from pleasant. The kids were under-surveilled, center understaffed, and educators seemed uncaring. With over 10 kids per educator (I counted that 5 times). I even heard educators complaining about “children being so annoying” and telling “not to pay attention to them”. There was a noticeable lack of attention to crying kids. The room had a persistent poo smell, indicating poor hygiene. Despite notifying the center, the staffing issue persisted. I share this review to raise awareness and hope for improvements, ensuring other parents don't face similar situations.
