We have had such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and truly invested in the children’s development and wellbeing. It’s clear that they create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel comfortable being themselves. My son has learned so much since attending, not only academically but also socially and emotionally. The staff take the time to communicate with parents and really get to know each child, which makes such a difference. I’m so grateful for the kindness, dedication, and hard work of the entire team. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my son is in such a positive and supportive environment every day. I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring and engaging place for their child.

I’ve been sending my kids to this childcare centre for over 2 years now, and I’m really happy with it. My older daughter graduated from here and had a great experience, and now my younger one is also enjoying his time. The staff are always kind, helpful and caring. I get regular updates and photos, which I really appreciate it’s nice. My kid loves soccer, yoga, and language classes. It’s a safe, fun, and supportive people. I would definitely recommend it to other families.

As both a mum and an educator, I couldn’t be happier with Little Zaks West Hoxton. My two children attend the centre in different rooms, and I feel at ease knowing they’re in such capable hands. The educators work together to foster a nurturing, safe, and welcoming environment where my children are not only cared for but also given meaningful learning opportunities. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in what they do. I drop my kids off every day knowing they’re in good hands—both in terms of their emotional well-being and their development.

They are excellent at filtering out and not enrolling autistic kids. Great job, not.!!

We have been with the centre for nearly a year. Our child loves coming here every day. The educators are kind, caring, and professional. Miss Alisha and Miss Jordynne are amazing. They always greet us with a smile and make our child feel welcome. Their support and warmth mean a lot to our family. We have never had any issues at the centre. Everything runs smoothly, and communication is great. Miss Pooja is always available to help. She is friendly, supportive, and easy to talk to. We love to be part of such a wonderful community. Our child is happy, safe, and thriving. We highly recommend this centre to other families.

I have raised an issue with the Centre Director on three separate occasions. Despite this, no action was taken to address my concerns. On my fourth attempt to speak with the Director, I was informed by the second-in-charge that the Director was not in the office that day. After picking up my child, I overheard a staff conversation in which one person said: “The same guy came in again and asked to speak to you with his broken English.” This remark was unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply offensive. It is unacceptable for staff to make derogatory comments about a parent’s language or background. A childcare centre should be a place of respect, inclusion, and professionalism — instead, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I cannot recommend this centre to any parent who values professionalism, respect, and proper communication from the director from the childcare centre and the second in charged..

WARNING: Behind the marketing is a mess. My daughter was at this centre for over a year, we have given them every opportunity to improve but were dismissed and ignored. Parents please read what i'm about to write and take this into consideration when reviewing this centre. 1) Staff turnover is out of control, constant new faces, agency staff who don't know or care about the kids. One literally put Youtube on for the kids to watch so they wouldn't have to watch them. Because these agency workers don't know who the children are, there are no updates. Some days I would walk in and asked how my daughter's day was and where her belongings are and they would say "sorry which one is (my daughter's name)" 2) Misleading food menu items, they will advertise this wonderful menu to parents but actually feed the kids poor cheap substitutions without notification. 3) Complete lack of transparency when it comes to safety issues in the centre. i.e why the new fences got put up; Which i will not disclose publicly. 4) Everything is a marketing illusion, they've just increased the daily fees again and in the letter restated they offer, soccer, yoga, swimming transport and more. We saw none of this. Don't be fooled by polished branding- the care is bare minimum, honesty and communication is non-existent. There are many parents who can back this up.
