Leaving your children in someone else’s care is never easy, and as a parent you carry so much emotion and worry with you. From the moment we joined this center, we felt a sense of peace knowing our children are truly safe, loved and understood. Both of my kids attend this center and I couldn’t be happier. Educator Peyvi went above and beyond caring my little one, she rang me during the day to give an update, which meant so much. Centre leader Dulshani is incredibly welcoming and caring, Nikki is wonderful and every educator we’ve met has been kind and attentive. Thank you to the whole team for the beautiful care you provide, keep up the amazing work.

The center has improved since Ms Dulshani took over as director. There has been no turnover during the past year, which is amazing, and the educators are caring about the kids and addressing our concerns, if any.

Our experience with Little Zak’s Academy has been truly wonderful. The educators are incredibly caring and patient. My little one has learned so much during his time here, not just academically but also socially and emotionally. The team goes above and beyond to ensure every child feels valued and encouraged. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the children and their development. As a parent, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is in such loving and capable hands. Our daughter has been attending the center for more than a year and absolutely loves it. The educators are incredibly patient, nurturing, and genuinely caring. The center director Dulshani is great and always takes the time to address any questions or concerns we may have. Highly recommend.

I have take my son in this center over 1 year. This childcare center often orgazines lots of fun and interesting activities .,like soccer,mini kitchen, crafts and paintings .My son especially likes soccer. And they have many programs to enlighten kids learning skills ,like learn letters and colors .What the happiest thing is my son sent me his own photo in a hand made frame on Father's day under enducator's assistant.

My child has been to Littlezaks for a year and half and couldn't recommend this enough. The staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate our little one's needs. Thank you Dulshani and team for the fantastic job you're doing for parents

Fancy having the new director leave a 5 star review on the service she is running, with no child present at the service. Having been inside this service and seeing first hand how they run, I can say that there are no opportunities for your children to thrive. While the educators do provide care for the children at the centre, there is no passion or interest amongst the staff in supporting the children to grow, and as a result there's nothing nurturing about the care offered. It's a matter of opening the doors at 7am, and counting down the hours until the children go home. This service runs off greed, and instead of working on their educators’ professional development, they spend more time asking them to leave a 5 star review to maintain a "high standard" reputation. The exceeding sign you see out front, is something that was achieved by a wonderful team who were later shooed out by new management, leaving the service run by new faces and a lack of trusting relationships with families. While all services have room for improvement... please listen to these reviews and find a space where you know your child is confident, thriving, and loving their learning journey.

Do not send your child to this centre. The quality of care is deeply concerning, and it is very clear that profit is prioritised over the well-being of the children. Look at the genuine reviews that have come from other families who have had terrible experiences here, and not from educators who have just given them 5 stars to boost their ratings.
