What Makes Kids Club an Award Winning, Premium Service?

As an organisation that prides itself on the highest levels of care and education, Kids Club's focus is to align everything that we do to the ACECQ National Quality Standards (NQS) which sets high quality regulations for our industry in governing the provision of care for your child. We do this by focusing on providing the following key areas:

Child-Led Education
We provide the child the opportunity to harness their own unique learning styles within each of our centres learning programs to encourage stimulating and engaging and enhances the child's learning experience. Our program nurtures the development of life skills and complements children's learning experiences within the centre, at home, and in the community.

Highly Experience Educators
All of our educators are carefully selected to ensure that they uphold our Kids Club philosophy of placing the child at the heart of everything that we do. Our educators are passionate about providing the best start to your child's future and constantly trained to ensure that Kids Club provides first class care to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.

Physical Health, Nutrition & Wellbeing
Kids Club's focus on a healthy lifestyle provides for both the physical and psychological well being of the child. By providing nutritional meals, preapred on site by our chefs, in our fully purposed kitchens, we give your child the best meals designed to help them with play and focus. At the same time, all of our centres offer all-inclusive physical activity programs that promote an active lifestyle.

Premium Playscapes & Physical Environments
Kids Club is well known for its premium, award-winning, playscapes, and educational environments. Designed and developed in-house at our manufacturing facility in QLD, these pieces are all designed to complement and enhance the children learning experience through encouraging inquisitive and engaging play. We partner with only the best for our resources, ensuring that we carefully select premium learning tools that will create a fun learning environment for the child.

Foundations for Building Relationships
The rights of the child underpin our values. By establishing secure and nurturing relationships with educators, children build their confidence to learn alone and in a group. We implement frameworks that help children develop lifelong skills to building meaningful relationships.

Family Engagement & Community Collaboration
Kids Club promotes an open-door policy with our families and encourages the primary caregivers' participation in the child's learning journey. It is important that cultural values and beliefs are respected, and Kids Club does this by engaging with families and local community groups to build greater social awareness within each of the children.

Effective Leadership, Continuos Improvement
Kids Club is an individually, Australian owned company. Kids Club utilises systems of continuous improvement to ensure that we are constantly growing to provide the best level of service for our families. This is all governed by a centralised Support Office, which allows each Centre Director to focus solely on providing exceeding care and advancing education for the children in their centres.

I'm so happy I chose this centre. They are everything I wanted for my son. They are professional, creative, caring and warm all at the same time. I couldn't be happier.
My son has been at this centre for over a year now, and I just can't rave enough about them. The care for my little boy has been exceptional and the facilities are second-to-none. I don't have a worry in the world when I drop him off as I know he is going to have a wonderful day, with beautiful people nurturing him. They know his abilities and skills, his likes and his dislikes. They cater to his interests and they extend him little-by-little in areas that challenge him. They look after the most precious thing in my life with love and care, and no matter what type of day they have had, the staff are always smiling, encouraging and enthusiastic. My son has thrived at Kids Club because of the wonderful ladies who take care of him, and the experiences and resources he is provided with, and I will be eternally grateful to them.
