(02) 9023 2008Our Parramatta early learning centre, located just off the Great Western Highway in a family-friendly residential area, offers a nurturing and well-resourced environment for children aged six weeks to five years. This centre is part of our network in Western Sydney, which includes Merrylands, Guildford, and Westmead.
Designed to foster cognitive growth, creativity, and coordination, the indoor/outdoor learning spaces encourage exploration and engagement. Children can enjoy a variety of indoor stations, quiet zones for rest, and an exciting outdoor area, including a dedicated space for infants (0-2 years).
Our outdoor area promotes imaginative play, teamwork, and physical development, with features like a large sandpit, cubby house, bike track, and worm farm to nurture an understanding of nature and sustainability.
We support children's development through tailored programs: 0-2 years focuses on foundations of exploration, 2-3 years fosters building independence, and 3-4 years emphasises creating connections. Children aged 4-5 participate in a smooth transition to school program.
Each day, our on-site cook prepares five nutritious meals and snacks for the children, with nappies, wipes, and cot linen (excluding stretcher bed linen) provided.
For added convenience, a car park is located directly outside the centre for secure drop-off and pick-up.

About the Curriculum

About the Curriculum
Our Educators support young children during this rapid period of growth and change through nurturing and responsive relationships. Our educators ensure that children’s individual needs for sleeping, eating, active and quiet play are met on time, every day.
Our environments have been strategically designed to allow Toddlers to learn, develop and explore, supporting their ever increasing sense of curiosity. Independence skills and choices are a key part of the day, building to a positive approach to learning and trying.
Our Educators support our Preschoolers to learn more about the world around them, and their impact on others Increased language skills leads to greater collaboration in play, and a greater understanding of differences.
Our Transition to School Program is designed to develop learning dispositions, providing a fluid transition into Early Stage One of the Australian School Curriculum. Increased social and emotional confidence supports healthy risk taking, making predictions and ongoing resilience.
Health and Nutrition

Health and Nutrition
At Young Academics, we believe the first five years of a child’s life are critical for establishing healthy eating habits, exploring new foods, and meeting essential nutritional needs to support growth and development. Good nutrition not only enhances physical health but also boosts a child’s well-being, self-confidence, and focus.
We’ve developed our unique Nutrition Program in collaboration with a qualified nutritionist. This program is designed to help children understand the importance of healthy eating, hygiene, and physical activity. We encourage children to actively participate in meal preparation and serving, fostering a hands-on approach to learning about nutrition.
Our carefully crafted seasonal menu, which rotates every four weeks, is designed to meet 50% of your child’s daily nutritional requirements. It includes a variety of nourishing foods such as vegetables, fruits, lean meats, fish, chicken, dairy products, and more, ensuring children receive a balanced diet that supports their growth and development.
Kindergarten/Preschool Programs

Kindergarten/Preschool Programs
At Young Academics, our Transition to School Program is a comprehensive, carefully designed pathway that prepares children for the exciting journey into formal education. We understand that this is a major milestone, and our program focuses on equipping children with the academic, social, and emotional skills they need for a smooth transition.
Our dedicated educators work closely with each child, providing tailored support to ensure they feel confident and emotionally ready for the next step in their learning journey. We focus on building essential skills such as problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, while also fostering independence, resilience, and a love for learning.
Through a combination of structured learning, interactive play, and hands-on experiences, we help children develop both academically and socially, so they feel prepared not just for the classroom, but for the social dynamics of school life as well.
At Young Academics, we take pride in setting children up for a seamless and positive transition into school, laying the foundation for both academic success and personal growth that will last a lifetime.
Parent communication and involvement

Parent communication and involvement
At Young Academics, we believe that strong partnerships between families and educators are fundamental to a child’s early learning journey. We prioritise open, consistent, and transparent communication with parents to ensure that every child’s individual needs, interests, and development are well supported.
Daily updates are shared through our secure online platform, giving families real-time insights into their child’s learning experiences, routines, and achievements. This allows parents to stay connected with what’s happening at the centre, while also opening up opportunities for meaningful conversations at home.
We actively invite parent involvement through events, learning celebrations, centre activities, and cultural experiences, because we know that children thrive when there is a shared commitment to their growth and wellbeing. Families are always welcome to share feedback, ideas, or simply spend time in our learning environments.
Whether it's during the daily drop-off, a parent-educator meeting, or a centre-wide celebration, our team is committed to building relationships based on trust, respect, and collaboration.

I would highly recommend the care and service they provide. I would like to share two examples were the Educators have proven their care and professionalism towards my son. One was yesterday, when I went to drop my son at the Centre. My son has a seperation anxiety when I leave him and the way Educator Jaspreet managed my Son was commendable. She showed so much of empathy, love and care towards my Son. This gave me so much confidence that my Son is in a safe environment and will be looked after well. Another example was when one day my son got fever at the Centre while I was at work. Educator Priya looked after my son so well while I was heading back from work. She liaised with me over the phone on what was happening, he was given medicine after my consent. I was so impressed with the care they provided to my son. This demonstrated their professionalism and care in this situation. I would like to express my gratitude specially to these two staff members and also a big thank you to the center manager Celine who ensures to respond immediately with any queries or concerns we have as a parent. Keep up the good work. I truly appreciate! Read more
