So happy with everything about the centre especially the education. Both of my kids attend the centre and love all of the educators. They teach the kids with passion and make sure they have so much fun. After each day when my kids come home they feel very happy. Thank you YA Guildford. 😊🥰😇

My daughter attends Young Academics and we have had a very positive experience. When she first started, she couldn’t speak English at all and was very attached to me, so I was extremely worried about how long it would take for her to adjust to the new environment. However, thanks to the incredibly professional, caring, and supportive team, the transition was much smoother than I ever expected. The educators are patient, kind, and truly understand children’s emotional needs. They made my daughter feel safe and welcomed from day one. After just one month, my daughter now goes to childcare happily and confidently, which means so much to me as a parent. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for them. I’m very grateful to the amazing team at Young Academics and highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring and professional childcare service.

My son has been attending Young Academics in Guildford for just over a year now, and I truly can’t fault them. The educators are consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive. They maintain excellent educator-to-child ratios, which gives me peace of mind knowing my child is always receiving quality care and attention. Drop-offs can be tough some mornings, but the staff are always supportive and understanding, making those transitions so much easier. I also really appreciate how thoughtful they are when it comes to outdoor play, always mindful of the weather to ensure the children are comfortable and safe. A special mention must go to the Centre Manager, Chetna. It’s clear how seriously she takes her role. Anytime I am in the centre she is always engaged, whether it's managing administrative tasks or supporting her team in the rooms. She also strikes a great balance between professionalism and warmth, building strong, respectful relationships with families like myself. I truly cannot fault the team at YA Guildford and would highly recommend them to everyone living in the area.

Excellent caring centre who strive for excellence while treating your child like their own. I love how they have lots of events during the year to involve the parents, and how pretty and clean the centre is. I also love how the staff are all long term; that’s a good indicator that the staff are happy; I have had my child in other places where there was incredibly high staff turnover. 10/10, A+++, 100% happy with young academics Guildford!

I can’t recommend YA Guildford enough. My son Christian has come out of his shell. All 3 of my children have been at YA and in my opinion the best daycare/preschool in the area. The centre manager is very attentive and responsive to parents and the educators are so lovely and welcoming. It’s going to be sad leaving the centre this year.

My daughter has been going to the centre from the past 4 months and I’m very happy with our experience so far. She is settling in very well.A special shout out to all the educators especially Miss Lunah,Naomi and Caitlin who has been wonderful.My daughter loves being with them, which gives me good piece of mind. One thing about this centre is its high standard of hygiene.The centre is always clean and well-maintained. The centre manager Chetna is also very helpful and ready to assist with any concerns. Overall a very good experience.

Not recommend at all for child who has special need … My son was on waiting list for one year and after one year finally i enrolled him in this center.I visited here 3 time for orientation. Frist orientation the manager guide us to the room and she just vanished didn’t come to observe my son. She booked us second one and on the day of orientation she was not present at the center which is really disappointing. The educator was looking in a very strange way and not at all helping she just ask us to leave the room to see my son’s reaction. My son started crying and the educator was standing and just looking at him. When we got home i received a call from “so called” manager that your son can’t join this center i don’t know what the educators told her that she refused my son to join this center. Befor enrolment i asked them to hire a special educator for my child due to his autism and they agreed and after enrollment the manager said that we can’t do it. Which is again very disappointing that my child would be all on his own in the center. overall very horrible experience the manager and educator were not helpful at all. i wasted my time and energy on this center.

One thing that truly stands out about this centre is its high standard of hygiene—far better than other centres we visited. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for children’s needs. A special thanks to Chetna, the centre manager, who is always approachable and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Her dedication and professionalism make a big difference. I also want to express my gratitude to Maryanne, the room leader, who has been wonderful in comforting my baby and making him feel at home. He absolutely loves being with her, which gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Young Academics to any parent looking for a nurturing, safe, and engaging childcare environment!
