Us and a few mum's from our workout studio have their children at Tip Top Childcare as its just across the road. It is such an amazing place filled with educators who are caring supportive and always attentive. Every time we enter it is so clean and it never has a bad smell of nappies. The play area is huge and there is so many options of supportive play for the kids to choose from. Rebecca runs the place with care and love towards the kids and she puts in so much effort to ensure the kids feel like its a second home. I can not recommend this place enough. If you feel like your kids are not supported send them here. If i could give them 100 stars i would!

My son was very attached to me, and adapting to a new environment was quite difficult for him. I was always concerned about the negative effects of being apart. However, the educators have been very patient and caring. The environment is low-stress, well-managed, and the childcare center is clean. Now, after three months, my son has made great progress—his speaking has improved, he’s started reciting songs, and he has learned many new things. He is now completely happy and cheerful.

I was really interested to tour Tip Top Childcare in Maroubra and see how they had transformed the space. I left incredibly impressed. It’s a beautifully purpose-built, family-owned and operated centre that immediately feels warm, welcoming and thoughtfully designed. Every detail has clearly been considered with children’s comfort, wellbeing and safety in mind. From the layout of the rooms to the learning environments, you can see how much care and intention the owners have put into creating a space where children can truly thrive. As a smaller boutique centre, it has a lovely family feel that really stood out to me. The educators were attentive, nurturing and genuinely responsive to the children’s needs, creating a calm and engaging atmosphere throughout the centre. As an educator myself, I have visited many childcare centres over the years, and this one absolutely exceeded my expectations. It has the family feel within a beautiful child centred environment which is very hard to achieve amongst the chains and franchises we are used to seeing in the childcare sector.

We recently toured the childcare centre with our 18-month-old and he absolutely loved it. The staff were really warm and welcoming and the space was clean, bright and set up beautifully. Even though the centre isn’t open yet, you can tell they’re putting a lot of care into getting everything ready. It left a great first impression.
