My son is in Year 5 this year and we recently bumped into Lauren with him, and he still remembered her and Mariam who has been there forever. It was so special to see that connection still there all these years later. It really shows the impact they have on the children, not just while they’re there but long after they leave. MJEEC is such a special place.

We were honestly really anxious about starting daycare, but from the very beginning the orientation made everything feel smooth and reassuring. Being able to come in beforehand and slowly help my child settle made such a difference. I never felt rushed, and the educators were so understanding. After everything in the media around childcare, we were very hesitant about sending our toddler. A lot of the centres around Maroubra felt quite corporate and didn’t have that warm, personal feel we were looking for. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Maroubra Junction Early Education Centre. It’s a privately owned, family-like centre right in the heart of Maroubra Junction, and you can genuinely feel the difference. The educators treat the children as if they were their own. When I walk out each day, I have no hesitation leaving my child there. I completely trust the staff and the leadership, which gives us real peace of mind. I don’t usually write reviews, but we are so grateful for the experience we’ve had here. If you’re looking for a centre where your child is truly cared for, this is it.

We came from another centre where there was constant staff turnover, and our child really struggled to settle. It was a stressful time for us as a family. Since moving to Maroubra Junction Early Education Centre, everything has changed. The consistency of the educators has made such a difference, and our child now feels safe, secure and happy. The team are so caring and really take the time to support each child. It truly feels like a home away from home, calm, nurturing and full of genuine care. We are so thankful we found this centre and can’t recommend MJEEC enough.🙌

We've had such lovely experience at Maroubra Junction Early Education Centre. One of the standout things for us is the food. the meals prepared by the centre chef are absolutely incredible. as you walk in, it smells so good it honestly makes you want to stay for lunch. My child was a very fussy eater before starting, and since attending has become much more open to trying new foods, which has been amazing to see. it's such a warm, caring environment and we couldn't be happier.

My son attended MJEEC and we had a wonderful experience. The educators are caring, supportive, and truly dedicated to the children. He always felt safe and happy there, and we could see how much he was learning and growing. We especially loved the fun seasonal events and the international celebrations, which made the experience even more special. The staff were always quick to respond whenever we had any questions, and they were consistently friendly and happy. Everything about this centre was wonderful. What we really love about Maroubra Junction Early Education Centre is the leadership. Lauren, the owner and director, is incredibly hands-on. She is always at the centre and genuinely knows every child and family so well, which is something you don’t often see. There is a real sense of care and passion that comes from her involvement, and it flows through the whole team. Having such strong, present leadership makes the centre feel very special and gives us a lot of confidence as parents. You can tell this is more than just a job, it’s something she truly cares about, and it shows in everything they do.

A fantastic long day care centre in Maroubra. The team is professional, supportive and truly cares about the children as well as their families. It is a privately owned centre which makes such a difference. The communication with families and the learning is outstanding. The centre has a wide range of cultural activities, a school readiness programme and encourages child and parents input into dialy activities. The play based approach is brilliant. Each day is filled with so much fun, learning and care. The effort the team put in is greatly appreciated by parents.

Our baby started in the nursery and we honestly couldn’t be happier. The carers are so gentle, caring and attentive and they really take the time to get to know each baby and their routines. Over time the carers really begin to feel like family. The children look to them like their second parents, and it is clear they care for the babies as if they were their own. It makes leaving your child each day so much easier knowing they are in such loving hands. A highly recommended Maroubra Junction Early Education Centre. It was the best choice we made for our baby!!
