Visited this place multiple times, and each time the experience was the same: cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. We were either ignored or given the bare minimum of attention, while others appeared to be treated very differently. Based on my experience, I left feeling that my ethnicity played a role in how I was treated. That is not a small thing, especially in a place where parents are expected to trust staff with their children. Brown-skinned parents, please be cautious. Pay close attention to how you and your children are spoken to, acknowledged, and respected here. No parent should have to wonder whether their child will be treated fairly because of the colour of their skin. Deeply disappointing, uncomfortable, and unacceptable.

We had an amazing two years in Prepare Colebee. The place is amazing, teachers are so caring and loving to the kids. Maryam the center’s manager has been always cooperating and welcoming 🙏 can’t recommend this childcare enough!

Absolutely the best decision we made for our youngest. He has learned so much in such a short space of time and the teachers have been so amazing with him. Thank you to everyone that has contributed to our little boy's development...

I was so happy and satisfied with Prepare when my older son attended, so when it came time to enroll my younger son, I didn’t even consider other daycares. I was determined to have him join Prepare. The management is excellent, and the innovative activities the educators create are fantastic. I would highly, highly recommend Prepare to any family looking to enroll their child.

Fantastic Day Care Centre. We couldn’t be happier with Prepare Greenway. The staff are warm, caring, and truly go above and beyond to create a nurturing and fun environment. Our child loves attending, and we’ve seen amazing growth in their confidence and learning. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and supportive place for their little one!

I have all 3 of my kids at prepare and they have been awesome with each one and at each stage of their learning and development. The induction / onboarding of your child is a very well thought out and colaborative process. The team of educators are always there to answer any questions or concerns you may have and never make you feel like you are bothering them. All of my kids have developed such lovely and special bonds with their educators and this has given me so much comfort to know that they feel safe and happy at the place they spend the most time of their day in. The underground parking is very convenient and there is always a spot available. I would for sure recommend Prepare Greenway to any parents looking for a reputable and safe space for their child to grow and develop and thrive. Our son has been attending Prepare for over a year now, and we’re so incredibly grateful to Maryam the Director, and all the Educators for creating such a warm, caring, and supportive environment. The team go above and beyond to ensure each child feels valued, safe, and encouraged to learn and grow. As first time parents, it was so reassuring to know our son was in such great hands. Everyone’s great ! Best childcare - both of our kids are so happy and settled ! They learn heaps and are very well taken care of! The educators go above and beyond to look after the kids and make them settled. Love how they include all cultures and celebrate them at the childcare too. Ms Maryam and team of the educators that we have dealt with are amazing. They are so approachable and makes sure the child/children are taken care off. The casual and trainee staff are also very hands on. We are very happy and can most definitely recommend our friends to send their children to this childcare.
