🌟 Ambrose is excited to announce the official opening of our new preschool, Good Shepherd Plumpton, on Thursday, 30th January! 🌟 Our spacious indoor rooms are brimming with new resources and toys, ready to foster your child's play and inquiry-based learning. The outdoor area is a wonderland of beautiful garden beds, climbing equipment, bike tracks, a large sandpit, and more, all designed to inspire imaginative play and countless games. To best support our families, we are an extended hours preschool, open from 7am – 6pm, and we welcome all children from 2 to 5 years old. Today Ambrose’s new preschool at Good Shepherd Plumpton has made its grand entrance. The construction for this building has been completed offsite, and now cranes are carefully placing each piece into position. It is so exciting to see the building come to life, and we can’t wait to be welcoming our families early next year. Yesterday Ambrose celebrated a momentous milestone as we blessed the site for our new Ambrose preschool at Good Shepherd Plumpton, marking the commencement of construction of our 7th preschool in the Diocese. Concelebrated by the Bishop Vincent Long OFM Conv and Fr John Nguyen, Assistant Parish Priest of the Capuchin Franciscan Friars of Plumpton Parish, this collaboration between Community Ventures and the local parish represents our commitment to the community and dedication to providing quality education and care for all children. We were honoured and delighted to be welcomed to Country by Dharug Custodian and Senior Knowledge Holder Aunty Julie Jones and joined in celebration with children and staff from Good Shepherd Primary, community members, Parish members, representatives from across the Diocese and those working at the heart of the construction. Community Ventures and the Ambrose Team offers a sincere thank you to everyone who attended and your continued unwavering support to get this project underway and ready for completion in 2025!
