Even through management change and staff turnover during the pandemic the centre has reestablished themselves for the better as shown with their repeated exceeding standards. We cannot thank you enough for this. The warming and welcoming nature of your teams and facility displays a holistic feeling of positivity which is seen in the kids upon leaving after a long day. Knowing they have been well looked after and educated is all we can ask for, and you have all done that and so much more. We have sent our children there for a number of years and have been thoroughly impressed by the love, energy and attention to detail of the staff. The educators consistently provide creative, engaging and stimulating programs for the children. They help all the children to reach their potential and it is done in a warm, friendly environment where the children feel safe to have a go at everything. We have always felt totally comfortable leaving our children in the care of Cuddly Bear Heathmont knowing they will be cared for as they would be by a family. We want to say a huge thanks to all the staff in the rooms, in the office, in the kitchen and everyone else who helps make Cuddly Bear what it is! Read more
